The EVO is fickle with a LTE signal. The same thing just happened to me at Chick fila on Bruce B Downs and 75, LTE outside but none inside.

Can anyone send me a link or briefly tell me what does this information mean? Dies it keep track where you pick up LTE so next time your there you pick it up quicker?

Where on Hillsborough? Hilsborough runs over a dozen miles across the county.

I read over the thread, maybe I missed it, but I was able to get signal strength in the about screen in settings under network on my EVO running Jellybean. -

Most of the tracks around Brandon mall have been there a week or so but the tower you mentioned came online last night.

My guess its the south Brandon one by the signal strength and pattern.

I want to know what tower is broadcasting near the Brandon mall area to cause all the readings. I wonder if its the same tower that's been broadcasting in south Brandon/Fishhawk area?

I mapped it. The tower is north of I-4 near the intersection of McIntosh and Thonotosassa Rd.

Though picking up a really weak signal is useless because 3G is faster than a weak LTE signal. It will get better like the people in the Atlanta and Dallas launch areas have been saying.

I have the EVO LTE so that could be the problem, I'm still having a hard time picking up LTE even after the jellybean update.

I picked up LTE on 301 near Sligh also but I don't know if its from the 301 tower, I was only able to track it a half mile north of I-4 and not in front of the junkyard.

Someone is tracking LTE on Sensorly on I-4 in the Ybor City area also! Also there are new tracks on I-4 between 75 and Plant City from the Thonotosassa area tower. So we have 2 or more that went live last evening!

Awesome! Hopefully it reaches the Sabel Park area a couple miles south on 301.

Somebody in the Android Central forum is reporting LTE on Thonotosassa Rd and McIntosh Rd at the Circle K north of I-4. There are a couple new Sensorly hits on I-4 as well.

Its not further north, my wife works by the fairgrounds and no LTE as of tonight.

Is it a new tower or the one in south Brandon? Sensorly has had some signals in that area for over a week now near the Selmon and 60 area from that tower.

I drove around with Sensorly for a little bit on Bruce B Downs, should be updated soon.

I can only pick up a LTE signal if I'm within a half mile or so near the tower on my EVO. Do any of you think having a case on the EVO might be hindering the signal since the radio is weak already? Sorry if off topic.

Sensory has a faint signal near downtown Tampa now on 275 near the Hillsborough River.
