  1. I think the update changed the threshold of how weak of a LTE signal to hold on to. In areas where I used to connect to a weak signal before I can't now after the update. I wish I never updated.
  2. The thing I dislike about using LTE discovery with Sensorly is when people leave it on to continue to cycle after it finds a LTE signal. It makes it look like moorse code on Sensorly and you can't tell if its a new site or an exiting one because it doesn't have enough time to map before airplane mode comes back on. If our market had only a couple towers you would see its a new hit, but with all the towers coming online here, it can be any exiting tower making a mark on Sensorly.
  3. It stayed connected, but in order for it to connect to LTE I had to put it in airplane mode. I think before it was every 5 seconds it scanned, it might be 5 minutes now.
  4. FYI for those who have a EVO, the new update makes connecting to LTE worst again. I'm not sure if its not scanning as fast anymore or what, but I had to toggle to get LTE several times.
  5. Its not connecting to LTE areas without toggle again! Did they change the scan timer in this update because when it did finally connect it was 5 mins or so?
  6. I didn't connect in a fringe 4G area where I usually connect, twice. Hope its not a trend.
  7. LTE / 3G connection stable on this update?
  8. New tower lit on State Road 60 and Dover Rd in Hillsborough County.
  9. Ok, tower number 3 it looks like on Sensorly, near the Veterans and Dale Mabry Hwy.
  10. When I left Best Buy on 54 an hour ago it came back on. Also I found ANOTHER tower that's on today, I'm a quarter mile west of Parsons on MLK in Seffner insisde a store with a fairly strong 4G signal. Not sure what tower it is yet, there is one on Kingsway and MLK that has had NV pannels for a while, that might be it. I will map later when I have time.
  11. The tower stopped broadcasting LTE at the moment, no LTE in the area around 1pm.
  12. I mapped a little of the new tower broadcasting LTE on Hillsborough Ave and 40th St in Tampa.
  13. New Sensorly tracks in the 40th and Hillsborough Ave area.
  14. There also is a new tower in south Tampa lit according to Sensorly around Gandy Blvd.
  15. Land O Lakes tower back on yet? Sorry about your g ma.
  16. It looks like in Sensorly that the tower near SR 54 and 75 is broadcasting LTE now in Wesley Chapel.
  17. The two times I was in Land O Lakes the tower was not broadcasting LTE.
  18. It might be one further west, I just was on Lynn and Gunn and no LTE at all in the area.
  19. There might be another tower lit in the Gandy area in south Tampa according to Sensorly.
  20. I mapped a little of the new site on Hillsborough behind the Uhaul near the airport. Its a really small site.
  21. I mapped a little of the new site on Hillsborough behind the Uhaul near the airport. Its a really small site.
  22. Go to the details tab on the bottom right in Sensorly and it will show the network information.
  23. I can see LTE strength in the about screen under network on Jellybean.
  24. I think its our phones. The EVO radio is really weak.
  25. We need someone to map that area on Sensorly.
