its killing me to be honest... this is an over populated area... in 07 i worked for a 3rd party retailer for sprint a block away from Myrtle Wyckoff... the service was crappy then but point being made is that there was a ton of customers then and still are damn near my whole family has service with sprint in the area and you would think from getting enough complaints something would be done. there is no logic to upgrading towers that were already closer to 2014 then this particular one then to upgrade others that been touched recently.

note 3... me note 3 my sis inlaw i5s my sis in law i5 my bro note 4 my other bro that I live with just got last night no lte at the house Bushwick sucks Ridgewood sucks parts of Glendale Sucks Middle Village as well and Maspeth too so in comparison to note edge it states is has wcdma is that for us use? and has more lte and cdma bands on the phone does that mean US use is better to get note edge over note 4?

I close to corner of Cypress and Stephen St... One Tower is on Decatur St at Myrtle Ave and the other is on Myrtle Ave at Wyckoff Ave... Im dead smack in the middle of those sad excuses for Cellular Towers that they been telling me for 2 years were gonna be upgraded in 3 months... then in another 3 months... now they say Jan 2015... I started with Sprint exactly 12 years ago sometime this week. and yes the curse word is an understatement I used for the service in Ridgewood... most areas are a dead zone... 3g downloads speeds of .24mbs with a 642ms ping is a sad story for Sprint. The tower ON Myrtle/Wyckoff hasnt been updated in I believe more then 10 years Sprint tech said

dope I didnt know how shitty Sprint coverage was until I seen this. I like to know the tech behind the scenes cause it makes sense of the shitty end user experience. So now how do I find details of updates and what not locally? And I ask again how do I get " THE FORUMS" passcode?

oh its stated it is triband but its not going to be compatible with a certain frequency that is "hyped up"?

oh ok. I figured Sprint didnt have their own Fiber Optic Infrastructure laid out. So while waiting for a response I went back to my history to see where last night I read that the Note 4 wasn't Tri-Band and this site states that on "THE WALL"??? And my other question was how do I gain access to the Forums parts? I want to keep up with those updates and I'm trying to figure out if the 2 cell sites that are the main reason I'm caught in a dead zone as too they weren't update since around the time Sprint came out with there first clip color phones my guess pre 2003.

Thanks for that info. So I was reading somewhere the Note 4 isn't Tri-Band either? I so want the Note 4. And when you guys refer to "backhaul provider" are you referring Sprint or the company who builds the Towers or is that like a broadband provider who actually owns the Fiber Optic hard wir?

SO I lived in Ridgewood Queens pretty much almost my whole life. I just recently moved back... and I dread every moment of it... Flashbacks to when I first started with Sprint 12 years ago. I live in the dead zone area again... right now Im blessed with .36mbs download... .64mbs upload at 3g on a Note 3... Sprint has been promising Update Towers since 2012 for this area... I been following this site for about 2 years now just finally registered because I want to know the details on how this all works. Any insider info because this is last few days ago I spoke to Retentions and told them this is gonna be the last FALSE PROMISE I accept from them... if Jan come and they didnt update this area Im cutting my 5 lines off Sprint and going with TMobile. Someone can you please direct me on how to better understand all the lingo used here and Cell Site updates and what not? (SORRY FOR BEING A NOOB and FOR VENTING AT THE SAME DAMN TIME)
