  1. I know what you mean! I really love the TV app on the HTC One. I can also see other future uses of the IR Blaster. While I typically do not upgrade more than once every two years (or more), I am considering getting the HTC M8 when it comes out. Sent from my RCT6378W2
  2. I agree! I also hope that Sprint can finish the addition of the panels for the 800 1x signal. Sent from my RCT6378W2

  5. At the risk of annoying everyone here...I just have one question. Is Sprint moving toward only offering the Family plan ? Or are there going to be other plan options ? The reason that I ask is that right now, I only have two lines of service, and right now at least, I don't plan on trying to recruit a bunch of people. Personally, I would prefer to stay with my two lines, and doing so, the Framily plan does not make sense for me. Sent from my RCT6378W2

  9. Understood For me though there are two reasons that I personally prefer Singal Bars as opposed to dBm. First, I do not have a degree in Engineering, and I also do not have much knowledge of signals, signal strength, and the technical aspects of signal reception. Personally, my only knowledge of dBm signal strength is that the Higher the number, the weaker the signal, and the Lower the number, the stronger the signal. The other reason that I prefer Signal Bars is I want to be able to look at my phone and, quickly determine the signal strength that my phone has at the moment. Personally, I do not want to have to mentally figure out if -100 dBm means I have weak signal strength or medium signal strength. Forgive me AJ and Robert if my post sounds to harsh, but I just wanted to state my thoughts. Sent from my RCT6378W2

  11. I also use the SignalCheck 'signal bars', and I find the feature very useful. I find that the 'signal bars' provided by SignalCheck are actually more accurate than the signal bars the Android OS provided signal bars. Personally, the dBm scale numbers mean nothing to me because I really don't have a lot of knowledge about the dBm scale. Sent from my RCT6378W2

  18. Working in the Tysons Corner area, I pass through the Merrifield area regularly, and I agree that the service is spotty. Also in the Tysons area, I have noticed that in a few places, that while I have a 4G connection, I have no useable data. I actually have to switch my HTC One to CDMA Only mode to get a data connection. Personally, I think that there may be a few problems with one or two of the towers in Tysons, but every time I call Sprint, they saw that there are no problems that have been reported in the area.
