  1. Phillips Telemetry apparently likes T-Mobile's 600MHz band plan because it's easier to work around.

  2. For Sale: Swappa listing for Sony Xperia Ion (AT&T): $250 http://t.co/6BTOFVLfzH via @swappa

  3. T-Mobile: Enact Common-sense SIM Unlock Policy http://t.co/xTvx1JmVOf via @change

  4. If it's anything like its counterparts (Spirit, Lucid 2), then it will also support VoLTE. That will be interesting...

  7. Hmm. I thought there was supposed to be a speed cap on the new T-Mobile APN. Apparently not. http://t.co/FK8S3SMWAk

  8. Of course you do.... Perhaps... It's pretty awesome here, anyway! Well... Except in July. The weather sucks in July.
  9. It's interesting that the Wi-Fi icon shows up in speedtest images when making LTE speed tests...

  10. I'm a little confused how weak the LTE performance is, even though the AT&T LTE tower is only a half mile behind us. http://t.co/4uaQeBFaft

  11. Chillax and live for peace! But don't forget to be awesome, too! :)

  12. SouthernLINC operates roughly on the range 813.5 - 818.0 MHz/858.5 - 863 MHz. SouthernLINC can choose to use 3GPP band 26 or 3GPP band 27 for LTE equipment operating in its frequencies.
  13. SouthernLINC will be able to take advantage of the 3GPP approval of band 26, just like Sprint can. They'll be fine. SouthernLINC also works rather closely with NII Holdings (who does business as Nextel International). They'll work in lockstep toward LTE.
  14. I don't know if you read my tweets, @WaltBTIG, but I want to know why you consistently think AT&T+DISH would be allowed. It makes no sense.

  15. If they want to deploy LTE exclusively for a modern PTT system, then they can do it. But, I think SouthernLINC wants people to use iDEN less in some markets before they can begin testing it.
  16. No one said that SouthernLINC has to convert the whole system at once. It's still doable, just tricky. Doesn't SouthernLINC have at least 1.4MHz FDD for iDEN across its footprint?
  17. Nah. That's probably not a good idea. Besides, I wouldn't be surprised if SouthernLINC is doing this as a transitionary measure. After all, SouthernLINC doesn't have another network to fall back to while shutting down iDEN. Now, SouthernLINC can move customers to PTT over UMTS and start working on an LTE-based PTT network.
  18. It’s not ok to allow someone to be fired just for being gay. Pass #ENDA now. http://t.co/6n1mt4bG0F #p2 via @CREDOMobile

  19. Awesome! I don't have to worry nearly as much about my laptop crapping out now, since I don't have to take RE final! Thanks @McGrewSecurity!
