  1. Umm, If NV was completed wouldn't it be working?  So no it isn't completed!

You don't get LTE without NV. Just wont happen. (unless with another carrier)

Being a Sponsor just says you support the website. S4GRU.com was started not too long ago and just in a short time has become the go to place for not only Sprint information but Mobile Wireless in general.

Oh, One more thing Sprint Reps paid info?  Geez, You can make your own opinions but you can't make up your own facts.

If you don't understand the value given here I'd advise either spend some time and learn if your truly interested. Who knows, you might sponsor and see the plethora of information that eludes basic members.

Those are wrong, sorry to break it to you. I know for fact Sprint lists the the Blaine/Coon Rapids NV was completed on July 10th, but the towers won't function properly for months (October supposedly).

LTE and NV are 2 different things btw.

And my post isn't inaccurate. I know this for a fact. Being a sponsor, no way I'm paying for that. Your paid info is scoped from a Sprint rep.

  2. I'd wager $1000-$1900 per month for each carrier. 6 carriers = $6000-12000k per month.  Now depends how the leases are written. Normally, rent would go up a few % every year.  This Landlord is making some nice spending change.

One a side note. One of our properties was used by a internet company for WiFi.  Cant totally remember the name- it was early 2000's.  They wired up the whole building/neighborhood and soon after the dot com bust went bankrupt. At least we got a few years rent out of the deal.

  3. Reminds me of the classic movie Tommie Boy.

Tommy: Let’s think about this for a sec, Ted. Why would somebody put a guarantee on a box? Hmmm, very interesting.

Ted Nelson, Customer: Go on, I’m listening.

Tommy: Here’s the way I see it, Ted. Guy puts a fancy guarantee on a box ’cause he wants you to feel all warm and toasty inside.

Ted Nelson, Customer: Yeah, makes a man feel good.

Tommy: ‘Course it does. Why shouldn’t it? Ya figure you put that little box under your pillow at night, the Guarantee Fairy might come by and leave a quarter, am I right, Ted?

[chuckles until he sees that Ted is not laughing]

Ted Nelson, Customer: [impatiently] What’s your point?

Tommy: The point is, how do you know the fairy isn’t a crazy glue sniffer? “Building model airplanes” says the little fairy; well, we’re not buying it. He sneaks into your house once, that’s all it takes. The next thing you know, there’s money missing off the dresser, and your daughter’s knocked up. I seen it a hundred times.

Ted Nelson, Customer: But why do they put a guarantee on the box?

Tommy: Because they know all they sold ya was a guaranteed piece of shi*. That’s all it is, isn’t it? Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I will. I got spare time. But for now, for your customer’s sake, for your daughter’s sake, ya might wanna think about buying a quality product from me.

Ted Nelson, Customer: [pause] Okay, I’ll buy from you.

Sprint is launching the new plans tomorrow. Truly Truly everything plan. I only had 450 minutes before on simply everything, now unlimited. Plus they have the unlimited guarantee. Wow sprint is rocking now!

  4. Don't believe in the dollar any longer so I was going to send Robert a half of ounce of Gold. Of course I wanted change back 3/4 of a 1/2 ounce. Not much right, But Robert said it would take too much time to start a Gold exchange. So, I dropped it and haven't been able to donate. ;)

  5. 1XA800 is voice. LTE800 hasn't been deployed yet. 1 channel of 1XA800(which is already deployed and accessed) is like having 3-4 channels of legacy 1x1900. You do have to have one of the current phones to access 1x800 and that you do. Your probably already using it without knowing. Make sure your prl is 25013 or higher. Check you debug screen and if your on channel 476 your on it.

Read a little if you like On the new 1xA

    http://www.qualcomm.com/solutions/wireless-networks/technologies/1x-advanced

But I thought no one can access the 800mhx spectrum, so how exactly does that help?

  6. Not worried, With the efficiencies of 1x800 and an xtra 20 mhz from US Cell plus Lte to relieve the evdo network. It should all be good

the real test will be when the weather is warm and the Wrigley rooftops are full as well and there are zillions of people milling around outside on the street.
