This hasn't been updated since May 28th. Any word if we've made any progress or are we in a wait and see with the new Sprint administration. Living in Camarillo waiting on the replacement for the Nexus 5 rumored for the next few months
  2. I sure hope no news is good news! It's been almost a month since the last post here
  3. Thanks for all the great info. This is what I learned. Get the 32gb N5 from Google. Reset the boot loader. (I assume googling will produce proper technique) Acquire a SIM card from Sprint by calling customer service while activating and request one for no charge. Rock and Roll! Thanks again!
  4. Hi, I've read back quite a few pages and have some questions that I'm sure have been answered a dozen times in the 195 pages. Would you recommend the N5? What's the real deal with the SIM card? What programing changes need be done, I've read somewhere it is best to hard reset or something initially? Thanks and any other info ya think would be helpful would also be appreciated!!
  5. To map an area on Sensorly does my phone need to use the bands that are planned to be mapped ? Makes sense that it would.. I have an S2, meaning wi-max not LTE, so would it just be a waste of time? Thanks!
  6. Stop coming and it is closed.. if you come back it is open, if you don't its closed....
  7. Thank you, for your knowledge and sound advice! I will start looking at the new tri band devices asap!
  8. This may be a dumb question here.... the Camarillo area for the last 18 months have been particularly awful, I've had an EVO and now Galaxy s2.... Would switching to one of the new tri-band phones in addition to the network updates make the newer phones function better on this network or would it still be the awful service..? .. Sorry, I know not quite the topic here...
