If it it's the one on blue hills avenue Sprint should be the bottom rungI don't have am exact address but it's up the street past a KFC in Bloomfield CT.
-
if it's in CT and you have a location I could maybe find out let me know. How do I find out if a tower is Sprints? About two months ago I took a pic of what I thought was a Sprint tower but was never sure so I never shared. I always look up to see if I see a man working on it when I pass by lol.

Last year they had applied for quite a few of them inside the Vegas City limits.
The permit was approved yesterday.
-
No panels?
Ok you got me.
-
So I was looking through the permits for CT and saw that lightsquared was approved to install 3 antennas on a cell tower in Avon CT at 376 deercliff rd.

So my phone switches to sid 22405 but the phone shows and has no service.
-
no it looks like they are setting it up for 3 antennas of each a total off 12So they are replacing PCS only antennas with PCS/AWS combo antennas?
-
They have been pulling permits for AWS antennas in CT for over six months and it doesn't say anything about replacing cabinets or anything like that. all it says is they are replacing 3 PCS for 3 AWS.
Edit: so I just went back and looked at the permits and they are replacing most or all the antennas but are not using multi mode antennas. So it's 3 PCS 3 AWS 3 cellular 3 LTE.

Does prl 25015 scan for nid 22429

So for the past two days my phone has been losing battery real quick and noticed that my phone is having a hard time connecting to the tower.I usually get band 10 on the custom prl but it seems to not want to connect anymore could they be doing something to the tower.I did rest my phone and that didn't help.any thoughts

I read somewhere that who ever buys the H block has to pay sprint is that true .
-
I think all of the ones in eastern CT right now are gmo's.But They did get a permit for a full build in Danielson

800 will likely be set to its designed downtilt from day one. Both CDMA and LTE.

Is that before Sprint accepts the tower or after. I'm using a non accepted 800 tower.
-
does anyone know if 800 voice starts out with no downtilt because I live 7 miles away from the tower and I use to get about 95dBm now I'm at 104dBm for about a week now.
-
Ergen is a dumbass how many jobs would be lost if he took over Sprint tons.
-
I'll say two weeks somewhere in HartfordSo, for the sake of spurring discussion, anyone want to make a guess on when the first Northern CT LTE site will go up, and even more brazen, pick which one?

Does dish want to buy 100% of the company or just 70% like softbank.
-
No, inter frequency hard handoffs are possible. The VZW network has to deal with them all the time, since VZW runs CDMA1X 850/1900 in many markets.
AJ
It must be only new equipment that can hard hand off then I guess but I should say the tower I use is not listed on the map as 800 accepted.
-
So I was on a call on 800 and drove down the highway that doesn't have NV and the call dropped so does that mean calls won't transfer to a pre NV tower
-
Still GMO or are these the first full builds we are seeing in this market?

i think there full build there starting to add accepted permits on the CT website
-
Any way to know when downtown Hartford upgrades might start and how to keep up to date? I have a good view from my office to observe.
On the ct site there has been no permits for Hartford yet but it doesn't mean much work could start before the website gets updated I will post when I see something
-
Thank you. After reading that I am a bit disappointed. Now I see why Northern CT is increasing so fast while Southern CT is not. Guess that means the Southern Market is full upgrades. What I would like to know is how to determine wich GMO sites don't get 800mhz support. I really hope these GMO's do the job because 3G has been crap in CT since 2010!
Right now GMO sites don't get 800 till they come back and do the full build (New panels). But once backhaul is in place 3G well get better and possibly 4G could get turned on at a GMO site.

I think all the Northern CT sites are GMO so far to date.

I believe so
