  1. I know I've seen people discussing this before but I couldn't find it. Has anyone had issues with 1x800 during network vision where it is broadcasting but you cannot place or receive calls? This is happening on multiple sites in my market and I cannot find a way to switch to 1900 only for the time being. I have a galaxy s4 so the *#*#4636#*#* code doesn't work. Does anyone know how I can force it to PCS? I know I might have to hard reset to get 800 working again and I'm okay with that, just need a temporary fix.

    I'm having the same problem my phone is connected but has no service it's been going on for over two months.they replaced my phone but it didn't help. I now just use a Verizon prl.

  2. Ok so I've been following this post for quite some time, finally had something decent to add to the conversation so I broke down and signed up.

     

    Spoke with customer service yesterday regarding lte. Although they told me there was nothing in the works in terms of LTE in my town, they did say there were 2 towers within 10 miles that were currently being upgraded to LTE. Driving home from dinner last night I noticed there was a tower across from the McDonald's distribution center in Enfield that had all sorts of stuff (rope pulleys etc) hanging off of it. Hopefully it's LTE in progress...

    That's funny because I  drove by that tower yesterday and it looked like they updated it.

  3. When I see devices stuck in "Entering CDMA State", it's usually something broken with the modem in the device itself. It probably needs a complete reflash, and if that doesn't fix it, possibly a replacement. So, one, do you have any other Sprint devices you can check "side by side" to see if it possibly is just your device not working with BC10? And, either way, is there a nearby Sprint Repair Center you can take it to?

    it does work on BC10 just not the tower I'm using its weird.
