Wonder if they gonna fix the GPS issue when on WiFi calling....
I hope so. According to HTC the update is in the lab. Carrier fixes would explain the delay.

I think it's because they are combining it with the International WiFi calling update that was released two days ago and was promptly pulled.

How is Sprint coverage in Waikiki? I will be traveling there within the next few weeks for Business. Usually stay in Waikiki. Was there back in May and had AT&T at that time and worked great but I recently switched to Sprint.
Sensorly shows great coverage. I avoid Waikiki so I don't know personally. Awesomecabbie would know, he's mapped that whole area.

network.sprint showing hawaii kai, ft ruger, punchbowl, lower nuuanu, upper nuuanu, waimalu, wahiawa, and makakilo. Things are coming along nicely
I know. It took so long and now it's kinda exciting to watch.

I think the m8 eye may be only available overseas.
I think you are talking about the desire eye which is for at&t not the m8 eye.
Oh yes. You're right. Forgot about that other Eye-Phone.

Anyone know if sprint is getting the htc one m8 eye?
Right now it's an AT&T exclusive. After that, your guess is as good as mine.

Was it more than that one across McCully shopping center?

Looks like just one. And there's a new LTE tower out in Aina Haina and another in Waipahu.

Plenty of new LTE towers stretching out to Kaimuki and Kahala Mall on Sprint Network. Lots of new purple clouds showing up on Sensorly.

Anyone know if any 4G LTE upgrades are happening on Maui? Seems to be only Oahu and the Big Island are having signs of LTE soon
Sensorly shows some purple goodness from one active tower in Kaanapali.

And own a chunk of Alibaba. (I think they're buying DreamWorks so they can repair Sprint's branding. They'll rename the company Shrek.)don't think Softbank could be strapped for cash when they want to buy DreamWorks studios

Yep, Sold my iPhone 5s for 350 within 24 hours. Sold my wives 16GB 5s in 2 hours for 300.
The same as before, Sold my wives and my 4s for 200 each. Sold within a day. There is a huge market for used iPhones.
There's also a huge market for wives. ????

$10 a month is a cheap premium to use my HTC One Harman Kardon rather than an iPhone. #Justsaying

This is silly. I use Agent, and when I receive a text, the app automatically replies that I'm driving and unable to respond. This text detection would not be able to distinguish between an automatic reply and a regular text. Moreover what if my teenage daughter is texting away in the passenger seat? How would they know which phone is used by the driver?

I did some mapping in Waianae. I had some 19mbs download speed.
Very nice. I see the purple clouds of goodness. So, who's up for a road trip to Kahuku?

Aloha, do you all automatically get lte? Or do you have to put into airplane mode or power cycle to receive lte? Co workers 3 of them telling me that they never see lte. One in Salt Lake area which is covered in sensorly, one in Kahuku, and the other in Nimitz in kalihi which is also covered in sensorly?
I automatically get it. Sometimes if I'm driving into an LTE area it won't connect until I'm stopped at a light. I've never needed to toggle airplane mode to get a connection.

Looks like the Valley Isle is receiving some LTE love. There's a tower in Kaanapali spreading some purple goodness on Sensorly.

Laie has LTE. I was getting downloads in the 20's. I did a speed test on sensorly but I don't know how to map. I wonder if Honolulu will see any pop ups? I hope hope hope ha
Sprint/Network is showing new LTE towers in Kahuku, Kaneohe (Tamashiro Hardware), and Mapunapuna. Plenty mapping to do tomorrow. Chee hoo!

February 2015 sounds pretty realistic for LTE launch. But the coverage will grow slowly between now and then.
Well, the towers closest to home, work, and my mother-in-law are all up and running LTE, so they can take their time with the rest. I'm happy. ????

Well it look like nobody wants to take a stab at my questions. ha Also, FYI the airport has LTE again. I just picked it up full signal as I was driving past this afternoon.
Sorry, didn't want to appear rude. I didn't respond because frankly your guess is as good as mine. I think it's safe to say that it is coming, and soon, but not as soon as we'd like.

4g back in Kailua and Kaneohe. Didn't see anything in Halawa.

Three "2 data speed upgrades" popped up on Oahu. Have they turned LTE back on?
Drove through Halawa this morning and no LTE. Still none in Kaneohe or Kailua. I'll keep checking.

I wasn't able to get a signal this afternoon in both Kailua and Kaneohe.Weird, haven't been able to get LTE by the airport since Saturday

It's hard to believe that China has up to 300,000 sites because tat should be more than enough to cover their country end to end and they haven't come close to that yet.
Their towers tend to be shorter than American towers so they need more.

Maybe, but I was mapping today along Kaneohe Bay Drive which is clear across the bay from the Tower. But it's a clear line of sight with no obstruction. And the signal was pretty good considering the distance.
I'm just guessing. I'm sure there are more knowledgeable people than me.
