  1. I purchased my wife an iPhone 6s plus for her birthday. She's coming from the 5s. Her icloud haven't backed up her phone since March 2014. Can I just sync her 5s to our PC using iTunes then restore it on the 6s plus?

    Assuming both are on the same iOS, yes. Update her phone, if not yet already do e. Backup. Restore to new phone

  2. Used the App Store app to find out my chipset after reading an article from Gizmodo, and now I know I have the TSMC processor. Boy am I glad to hear that.

    I'm with the team you would have spoke to about that, Returned Equipment Escalations. We do have to submit an Equipment Return Ticket to our back office team to contact the warehouse, but while that's happening, the ticket freezes the balance - it's on ice, and won't accrue any late fees, collections or impact the account negatively. It takes 2-4 business days, so if you haven't heard back from us by Friday, call us directly at 855-299-6151.   4. Beyond pissed. Our phones have been received back by sprint but the amounts have not been credited to our account and the bill is due soon. Sprint chat says we are expected to pay the account a balance. Which is currently 2300 damn dollars.

     

    They're out of their damn minds. The phone was received back on the 2nd. I have no intention paying that and receiving an "account credit" when the phones returns are entered into the system. Nor do I plan on paying late fees.

  5. Head north of Orlando and you wont see band 41 all the way til you hit the villages then you wont see it til st augustine and it is barely in both of those places. I was at the Gator game in G ville and Sprint was useless. Tmobile worked fine, Verizon did too. I wonder if Marcelo knows how bad Gainesville needs attention. Might have to inform him on Twitter.

     

    Do you have b26 or b25 while heading north? And is it usable data speeds?

  6. I've noticed an instant improvement almost over night as of last week. Very satisfied. And I have to mention that the iPhone 6s holds onto b41 even better than the 6 did. I would say that I am now on b41 at least 95% of the time in Orlando... I look forward to testing out Miami sometime this year. Ill have to make a trip down there for something.

  7. Now thAt I'm done working... This is new to me. Pretty sure I checked the other day and didn't see any new UARFCN numbers.

  8. If they're separate labels I would do them separate. Better to be safe than sorry. The device are attached to those labels so I'm sure they could figure it out but you don't want to risk it.

    There is nothing to identify what device should be returned with each label lol. 

  9. No matter what the rep personally thought Apple policy has them replace it which he did. I was a little miffed he said something instead of keeping it to himself but at the end of the day I walked out with what I wanted/needed to happen and all is well. The world can keep on keeping on.

    Oh that would've pissed me off. I would've asked to speak with the manager. It's not the fact that its barely showing, its the fact that it is happening and WILL get worse and worse over time.  I hope this issue has been corrected with the 6s.
