Carolina has been awful. There is an upgraded tower in villa Carolina but it's having problems. My parents has an airave so I don't notice once I'm inside the house.
In Guaynabo there are a few towers already upgraded. No lte yet. San patricio has.

Welcome to the forums..
From what I'm seeing in Puerto Rico, scheduled dates most of the times are not accurate. They started a few months behind schedule dates, at least in Puerto Rico.
What phone do you have? When i go to##data# and enter my msl code then go to advanced, at the bottom I have lte status and it's set to on.

When that happened to me, I just turn my gps on and try to get a lock.. after that just let them collect the towers info..
Sometimes I need to zoom in/out so it shows me the towers

This one appears to be compketed too. And i doesn't show ehrpd. There is another near where i work that is completed and it disappeared completely. I can't even connect.

The list of completed nv sites means that they are functional or it means that they have the equipment installed?
I ask because there is one completed site near work that I always used to be connected there (if netmonitor is correct) but now it wont connect.
The same is happening in my apt.
