    Open mobile if I'm not mistaken. I tried to pm digiblur to see if we can have a prl to force roaming like the one for verizon. I put the verizon prl when I was on the states and their 3g speed are almost 3Mbps. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk 2

    Yeah, I don't think all 4g ready towers are live. There is one in Carolina that won't connect to LTE. It has eHRPD but is really slow or no data at all.
