I'll take a stab at this one: it's an update of the Samsung Galaxy Victory. Significantly larger screen, but that's my best guess.
That's the 1st thing I thought of when I first saw it. Hopefully Sprint and Samsung won't keep us waiting too long.

What do you mean by "different"? A micro-SIM is a micro-SIM.AJ
The iPhone 5 has a nano-SIM that is smaller than the micro-SIM. That may be what he is referring to. Regardless of size, a SIM is a SIM.

The S4 Mini hasn't even been announced yet.
I'm basing it off rumored specs. All rumors I've seen place it at 4.3" screen.

If this is the same chipset as the HTC First for AT&T, then a Sprint version of the HTC First could be released later, am I right?
It's possible. The Qualcomm MSM8930AA is a Snapdragon 400 Dual Core.

Wow, so many wives being super patient with their husbands supernerd obsessions, lol! My friends I live with just started ignoring me and just don't care to hear about it, so I don't say much to them anymore.
Happy Valentines Day to you two!

A Win for the Midrange: Samsung Galaxy Victory OET Review
in The Wall
A group blog by The Wall Editors in General
All I saw was "WIN" and thought we were doing a give away. I was all excited for a minute there,
Awww.
It's ok. I'm glad the Mid-Range is finally getting a power pusher.

EVO LTE Pre-Order under way with ship dates as soon as May 15th
in The Wall
A group blog by The Wall Editors in General
When looking at the same report, it says that lab start was delayed due not receiving firmware profiles from OEM in time. Also, there are delays in being able to test Static IP profiles, which would be critical for the customers Sprint will be targeting for this type of device. So the May 18th launch date of the Tri-Network Hot Spot may be delayed.Robert
Ah, understandable. Thanks.

Why is the Tri-mode hotspot listed as in jeopardy?

If I could afford this phone off contract, I would buy it for the SVDO alone. Then I can start bragging that I have voice and data too like those lousy at&t losers. Haha

HTC EVO 4G LTE Announced, and We're Impressed

Any word on SVDO support on all Sprint 2012 handsets? That would be a nice feature to have so that way ATT cannot make fun of Verizon and Sprint for not being able to talk and surf on 3G with CDMA.
Agreed Eric. I can't wait for SVDO!

Turn that 3G iPhone 4/4S into a 4G WiMax iPhone by just installing this case!

Now if only Sprint would sell something like this for all their iPhone customers, I would really be happy.

I wish it would have supported 2500 LTE too, Scott, but my question is, would 2500 LTE require a different antenna than the 1900 LTE, or can they use the same antenna?

Quarterback controversy? HTC One to replace the iconic HTC Evo nameplate!

No removable battery? Sounds like everyone is starting to copy Apple with the iPhone, and if I'm going to have an Android phone next, I have to have a microSD slot for expansion.

Could tax relief legislation allow Sprint to add an "H" to its PCS alphabet?
in The Wall
A group blog by The Wall Editors in General
That would be awesome for Sprint if they can land a nationwide swath of "H" spectrum. AT&T will probably outbid them just to keep them from getting it and then sit on the spectrum and complain that they don't have enough spectrum and their customers are ruining their network...
I hope that at&t doesn't get that chance.
