Has anyone experienced significantly improved service? I swear since updating to 10 a month ago that my service improved substantially. A few spots near me used to have subpar service and within the last few days I can actually maintain an LTE signal it's shocking to say the least.

I've tried enabling it but it just sits there and doesn't do anything. Well I stand corrected, deleted the app data and now it turned right on.

Update for the us unlocked version is out.

Yep, after what happened on the s8 beta a few years ago, I'm done beta testing. I am more than willing to wait as long was it takes.
The beta was surprisingly stable, I had a few issues with apps but otherwise it was pretty solid. Would definitely try the android 11 beta on my S11+ next year.

Also from the same article:
Under questioning by the states’ lawyer, Combes said there was a “Plan B” for Sprint in the event the merger with T-Mobile failed to go though. Under that plan, Sprint would focus on fewer markets than it currently does, though its network would still cover about three quarters of the U.S. population.
“Sprint two years from now would be a very different from Sprint today, because we would cease to be a national competitor,” Claure said, adding the company would likely have to borrow money and raise prices.

This further forces me to go with another carrier if the merger doesn't go through.

Still so surprised at how quickly each carrier has been with this update. Perhaps project treble is finally working as intended.

Yeah, just updated.
The LTE notification icon....why?!
I imagine to be like stock Android, it's hideous and takes up valuable space in the status bar because you know we have tons of room up there.

Can't believe they left that huge LTE in the status bar. Surprising
I know it's ugly.

I see it available on my S10. Any issues with it so far?
With the limited time I've had with it so far it's good, I'll know more later after work.

Wonder what is taking so long for the final release in the US. It has been released on the Exynos version around the world for a few weeks now.
Apparently Canada is getting it on the 16th so I'm sure it's not far out now.

That explains a lot actually. I’ve wondered why I’d have excellent signal and not reach higher peak speeds. Pings would be ok. No evidence of congestion. It’s the limited backhaul. Of course, there are a number of areas in DC/MD/VA where the network performance reflects severely limited Capex beyond insufficient backhaul.
If Sprint increased backhaul the network would greatly improve.

I can't find it. It was on a post on r/tmobile if I remember correctly.
I've looked and haven't seen anything.

So... what do you all think if the merger actually doesn't happen? Do you think T Mobile and Sprint will enter into a network sharing situation or??? Just say'in. The investment analysts are saying it has a little over a 50% chance of getting cancelled as the state's attorney's generals have a pretty good case... Thoughts?
If the merger doesn't happen I am going to T-Mobile maybe even Verizon, Sprint is a sinking ship.
