There is a tower down right near my house (not working, not actually on the ground). I have been back and forth with Sprint about it for 4-5 days now. We usually have 5 bars and now 0-1. When I called the first time the CSR told me that the outage was already reported but he also mentioned that it is something that is affecting the Cleveland market. I don't really understand how one tower outage can affect anything more than just that one tower. Maybe there is an issue with the backhaul? This is a pretty serious tower (it must have every cell phone company's stuff on it), but I still have doubts. I really don't know much about this. They told me it would be fixed a couple days ago, then today, and still nothing. At this point is it possible they are just waiting for NV equipment to arrive?
