  1. Based what I see on the Sensorly Map, there is LTE coverage everywhere around my house, but not quite in my neighborhood just yet. Looks like my side of town is getting LTE a whole lot faster than the Disney area is. I hope to see LTE at home within the next couple of days or so. I'm excited!
  2. I have no idea where LTE will pop up, but I do expect it to move westward, hopefully along University Blvd and along Colonial Dr. too. True!!! Waterford Lakes has always had THE worst 3G service. I'm so glad improvements have been made over there. Also, I found LTE just outside the Best Buy in Waterford Lakes too. I caught LTE inside of Best Buy by the cash registers too.
  3. I work at the Southern end of Oviedo on Alafaya and McCulloch. Also, I just found LTE at Dean & University, although its on the Sensorly Map already. I expect to have LTE at my house before Valentine's Day.
  4. Dude!!! Do an LTE search!!! I'm replying to you over LTE from my job right now!!! I see the Orlando expansion is happening very quickly!!!
  5. I just saw someone tweet that they are seeing LTE along Aloma Ave. in Winter Park. Anybody driving around in that area, try to map that part on Sensorly whenever you get the chance. The LTE progress is finally heading west toward downtown!
  6. Hey guys I have a feeling that a huge area of LTE coverage is about to randomly show up somewhere around Orlando, just like what happened in Avalon Park 2 weeks ago. I'm starting to see LTE on my iPhone A LOT more often now than before.
  7. I just caught LTE on Gemini Blvd and University, and the entire area around the UCF Transit Center. LTE seems to be showing up all around campus. We need more Sensorly maps running!!!
  8. I'm back in Avalon Park again right this second and I have full bars on 3G with LTE nowhere in sight, but I am switching between 2G and 3G not only here, but everywhere else around town that I am at on a daily basis.
  9. Alright guys check this out! Got this LTE speed test on campus yesterday, 1/23/13 between 3:00pm and 3:45pm, and got these results at the North side of UCF campus. I found this connection while walking along Gemini Blvd in front of all of the fraternity houses. Also, I found an LTE signal on McCulloch and Alafaya, which was only a bit faster than when I discovered it before, and also this morning 1/24/13 at about 8:15am, I found LTE next to the North sidewalks exiting Garage A. It's good to see LTE in new areas again. a
  10. That's crazy, I have my class in the room right next to yours. Room 407 lol And you're awesome for finding LTE at the gym. I work out over there like 4 days a week. How did you manage to find it there, and was the 4G consistent?
  11. LTE Alert!!! Just spotted in two places on UCF campus just now in the past 10 minutes!!! Between 11:50am-12:00pm on January 17th, 2013, I found a faint LTE signal on the western side of the Reflection Pond in front of the UCF Library and the Southern Exit of Garage A on University Blvd & Gemini Blvd!!! Both of these are not shown on Sensorly, and my iPhone can't map it. Anybody that is ever on campus with an Android device, keep Sensorly running!!!
  12. No way!!! I'm on the same floor in the same building as you! Are you in a lab for Calc 1 by any chance? lol And no sign of LTE for me. I have full bars on 3G so I don't think I'm connected to the same tower as you.
  13. I thought I was the only one. Data speeds everywhere I go in the UCF area are just as slow as they used to be. The Network Vision 3G speeds were good for a couple of weeks. I have no idea what happened.
  14. So I was in Waterford Lakes on 1/15/2013 between 8:00-8:30pm, and I caught 1-2 bars of LTE signal a couple hundred feet from the entrance of Best Buy, and I got some fairly decent speeds considering my distance from the tower in Avalon Park. The tower closest to Waterford Lakes apparently hasn't activated LTE yet, but here's the test I managed to get out there.
  15. Same thing happened with me a week ago when I walked up Alafaya right through the LTE coverage area shown on Sensorly. The first time, I was only on 3G, and then my 2nd and 3rd trips up to work, I had LTE. I wouldn't doubt that Sprint is turning the LTE towers on and off throughout the course of several days of testing before keeping them permanently on. Based on what I'be seen on the map lately, I would expect to see consistent LTE speeds in Avalon within the next 2 weeks or so. I also wouldn't expect LTE to hit downtown Orlando until February or March.
  16. I was just out in Waterford lakes at 7:00pm. I did a service update and caught LTE for a brief 3 seconds or so before going back to 3G. I was connected to the faint tower from Avalon while I was over there. Apparently the tower closest to that area hasn't gotten an LTE upgrade yet.
  17. You sir, are the bomb! I'm gonna run some speed tests myself later this week. Thanks so much for that. I live just a little bit west of the end of the coverage you found on Colonial. I'll check it out.
