Hey guys. Is anyone else having issues with Bluetooth in their car?
I'll be listening to music fine and get a call. When I hang up the call, my music stutters to no end and the only fix is to reboot the device. At first I thought it was my ROM but another user on XDA got this issue on stock so I'm just curious if anyone else is having this issue.

I was asking the person who had luck with a corporate store!! I want to know which one is the good one to get it swapped.

the tab is already there since marshmallow was released, even on the nexus 5...would love to get that working.
EDIT- Seems the visual voicemail in marshmallow is not working for sprint, verizon or AT&T. Just TMobile. Anyone have evidence to the contrary?
I dont have the tab there with sprint. I just have the three tabs. Favorite, Recent, Contacts. Voicemail is missing.

I dont get why it wouldn't work for us. Google uses the OMTP V 1.1 standard for visual voicemail and I think sprint already has this implemented for iPhone users.

Was it a repair center? I got bounced between 3 stores before I got the right one here in chicagoland.

Which one did you go to? I'm thinking about going to the one on devon and lincoln.

Is there anyway to address the situation before the phone is unusable? I doubt sprint would swap phones out just willy nilly, but I also find it uneasy to use a phone that may mess up at any time.

This was my first thought. If $10 could stop you from activating your device efficiently you prolly shouldn't be spending that $400+ in the first place.
That attitude is the reason we still have activation fees.

This phone absolutely destroys my nexus 5 in terms of overall network performance. Very happy.

Hey guys. My g4 has a hissing noise. Specifically the spot right behind the camera. Anyone else notice this?
-
The gift card doesn't come with the phone if you buy it full price does it? The dude at best by told me that's for upgrades only.

The Nexus 5 was known to be one of the best RF performers produced. I'm not sure if any device will beat it at this point.
Maybe I got a lemon. My nexus cant hold an lte connection at all.

I wonder if it will come with the black leather. That would be really cool of sprint.
edit: Looks like it will, " LG G4 will be offered in two stunning options – Metallic Gray and Black Genuine Leather"
Also wondering how the g4 stacks up against my nexus 5 in terms of LTE signal strength. My nexus 5 is absolutely turrible. Constantly on 3g or "searching for service"

I wonder when this phone will come out.

Does anyone knows why Sprint is not offering the 128 GB Galaxy S6 Edge???
I dont even want to know how much that thing would cost without a contract.

Dependa on if the rep is an asshole or not ( or understands how rms works) . In the system if you sell a phone full price and ring it out like a accessory then go back in the account to activate it then it does not. If the rep sells you the phone and activates it all at once like doing an upgrade but selects no discount then yes it will charge it.

What If I go in and pretend like I'm buying it as a gift?

Does sprint still charge an activation fee if you buy the phone full price?

You might as well just backup your crucial things and flash the firmware now. That way you can OTA to the new one when the time comes without worry. There's really no point in putting it off, you're not going to want to do it more later down the line. It only takes about 5-10 minutes if you are slightly good with technology. Plus there numerous guides if you get stuck.
I've done it tons of times, its just the part about setting up my phone that drives me crazy.
-
I don't know if you're modified at all or completely stock, but I run so many different tweaks that I used to do a fresh install every few months when I had xposed.
100% stock, unlocked bootloader.

I've also been having the same experience within the past few days/weeks. I don't know what's happening, but it seems to just miss random calls. Some calls go through, but others just don't even reach my phone. I just either see a voicemail, a text from the person who called me, or a call that happened to be the 7th try of the other person. I'm stock rooted as well, but no fancy shmancy things like Xposed. Just Titanium Backup.
Glad I'm not the only one.
-
Have you tried flashing the stock firmware and doing a fresh install?
Not since having these issues, maybe when 5.1 or 5.2 or whatever it is comes out I'll start over. Thanks for the help.
-
I dont know what to do. My nexus 5 seems to be on life support. I'm constantly missing calls. People tell me they've tried to call, call doesn't even show up on my end. (I've tried doing a prl update, profile update) I see the no signal empty triangle all the time too. Phone shows lte signal in some spots, cant load any web pages. Is it time to retire the beast?
-
Anyone here jump from the nexus 5? If so how is data performance compared to the nexus 5? I'm constantly on 3g with my nexus 5 in a city where Sprint is really focused on and would switch in a heartbeat if the new nexus held onto a lte signal better. Thanks.

every time or just the first time after flashing?

It was once a day on the October build. I've only had to do it once today. Incredibly frustrating.
