I guess they value analyst opinion more than the interest they're incurring by buying the stocks back. However, this did not help Sprint stock a lot here so I'm not sure what kind of effect it'll have in the Japanese market. At some point they have to pay back the principle+ a small amount of interest. If their share are undervalued (which they are now worthless than softbank's stake in alibaba so maybe) than I still don't see what this gets them unless they pay dividends which I don't know if they do or not.

nothing. El Paso and Albuquerque are spectrum constrained in the PCS blocks. That is why I keep telling you, if sprint is working for you now, switch. El Paso won't see significant improvement in speeds until later this year into next year. Just face that fact.
Edit: The only saving grace for ABQ is that Sprint is able to deploy band 26. Band 41 will be down in El Paso long before Band 26.
Sprint has some good markets that do not have B26, but they do have good site density for B41. Good examples are Phoenix and Corpus Christi.

Is anyone noticing this?

Sprint is also doing low key 4x MIMO deployment on 1900 LTE if your in a Ericsson market, should see around a 30% gain in signal performance.

Probably in areas where only Sprint offers B41. Similarly like how Sprint said they're the fastest nationwide from Nelson studies.Marcelo tweeted Sprint average speed nationwide for the past 14 days is 20MB highest among the 4 carriers and 40 MB in Florida! Hopefully part of these claims are true.

If you're changing the signal icons on a Note 3, it should be in the xhdpi folder. They should be your standard PNG files. I would use Gimp2 imaging software if you need something that's a good free alternative to Photoshop.yes most of them are. There are a few that are png
If your device runs 1440p resolution, the icons you're looking for are in the xxhdpi folder.

Could it be because I'm using the older, alpha version for my root? This one ---> Noble_Kernel_Auto-Root_N920P_v0.1_Alpha.zip.
It looks to be Samsung specific.

Are all of the files .qmg inside the SystemUI.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi?

Haven't themed anything in awhile. Maybe they don't use .9 patch anymore for image stretching. My only guess. Thanks, I actually found it a little while ago through too much searching haha. Any reason why mine would all be .qmg files now instead of .png files like they used to be? I don't know how to work with them as .qmg. Thanks for your help!

I'm trying to figure out if this could get me off of my Everything Data 1500 plan.

It sounds like a good deal if you pay off your phones early. Otherwise the legacy plans are still better.

I know that's my hang up. But to will sprint kick people off their $70 and other legacy unlimited plans 5 or whatever years down the road minus my plan? I think I need to just play it safe with this one but that tethering is tempting for that price point.

People on reddit are reporting their $50 unl plan increased to $60 and they appear to not have been notified. It's probably posted on their previous bill.

Does anyone know if employer discount will work on this plan? Seems like a good deal.

There is an option in Textra (third party sms app) that can split long-text messages or combine them (I think it forces it to do MMS if you combine more than 160 characters.) I'd give that a shot.
