  1. Density is often the issue...some cities need more towers others are fine with small cells... once u are further from the tower at the edge of the cell site, ya speeds are still betweeen 10 to 20 mbps, but slower then the competition (as yu mentioned). Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  2. Ya, for work relocation! Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  3. Nice! Im still currently using sprint in a b25 market only. Getting ready to move to Huntsville tx and i checked coverage map and t mobiles covers the 1-45 /i 10 way better then sprint Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  4. Q3 or Q4 it should be live Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  5. Im sure t mobile will aggregate the bands real soon Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  6. Im sure tmobile will aggregate houston real soon Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  7. Is it becoming an issue or is it just in some places Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  8. Just one more questiom. Is band 12 live in Houston? Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  9. Nice glad to hear! Should be solid then along I-45/ im sure 1-10 from houston to san antonio is covered very well too. Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  10. I will be about an hour outside of Houston. Huntsville texas Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  11. Im actually moving to Housto soon! How is t mobiles network/coverage there along the I45/I10. The map shows strong coverage Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  12. I think, it would have to be a test drive and compare. If you can test a sprint unti against t mobile in all those areas you guys most frequently travel to. That would be the best situation. that's what i did! Test indoor, outdoors, and venues Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  13. Since ur in chicago you might wanna try sprint..it is there launch market and the have 100+ mhz of spectrum in that markets... service should be very competitive in your market Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  14. Is at&t much better in your area? If not i would stay with t mobile (way more benefits). Once i move for job relocation and t mobile's coverage (not network) is not up to par, i will probably look into at&t as well. At&t has much better spectrum portfolio then verizon.. i want to go with the s7 edge, but tmobilrle doesn't have any anywhere! Maybe, ill look into the LG G5 Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  15. I heard, the s7 edge is sold out for t mobile its in very high demand. Ya, i guess u won't really know the coverage until you actually travel around and find out for yourself. Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  16. What im really curious about and really haven't seen much in discussions. Is, t mobile really accurate with there coverage map? i know they said " we added 1 million square miles of new lte " ,but how does that translate into real world usage..has anyone had a better experince traveling with t mobile?? I will travel with tmobile in about a week thru texas and compare to sprint... im sure most of that is either covered with band 2 10×10 or b12 5×5. Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  17. I personally dont think the unlimited data promotion or binge on had a thing to do with it... I think the whole "8 million new customers a year" thing has a hell of a lot more. Remember, a new tower takes about 18 months to build... our customer adds are outdoing our network adds. Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  18. Let's say T-Mobile never added binge on.... due to the growth of T-Mobile they still would have ran into the congestion issues Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  19. Nice! Will they also expand coverage more they said by middle of this year they would expand again by another million square miles...for the aws 3 would they have to sort do a rip and replace like sprint? Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  20. It is still early in the year, but what all will t mobile accomplish this year by end of Q4? They haven't really spoken too much about the network progress this year. Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  21. If t mobile says b12 will be here by Q3 or 4... wouldn't they already be working on it now? Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  22. Merger would be great! If we are talking long term, i think t mobile will be fine. Just in the short term can they keep there churn low with the congestion.. eventually, tmobile will be able to aggregate b12,b4,and b2. Also, with small cells and split sectors that will hold them over until they can make use of the 600 mhz spectrum. I think in the future they will also be able to acquire more spectrum ( higher frequency). With john hinting at more uncarrier moves to come, there growth will continue. Between now and 2020. T-Mobiles growth could be tremendous! Which will allow for a lot more funding for the network. Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  23. Wow! that's impressive! Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  24. T mobile might not be a good choice in Chicago... all the other carriers operate way more spectrum as you already discussed. This won't be an overnight fix for tmobile this will take time!.. if its binge on or abusing the unlimited plan, congestion is a big issues on the network going foward.. its a real thing and it's happening in market after market.. customer growth is outweighing network adds. Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
  25. Great post ! T mobile is in a bit trouble in Chicago. Going from 15×15 to 20×20 mhz will happen soon! The bandwith will increase by about 30 % but in real world usage more like 10 to 15%. The only thing that will save t mobile in Chicago is carrier aggregation between b4 and b2 since they don't own b12. They will have to densify super dense very very dense to offer a great experince... it's supposed to start in spring. Until they can can bring 600 mhz to Chicago. Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
