I remember when I was on nTelos their entry level reps and techs has no idea when LTE would be added. It always ended with broken promises. I can't tell you how many times I've heard "It's Coming soon" (this was in Jan. Of 2014) Hopefully when Shentel takes over everything will be solid at that point.

I was able to see two Mnc's when I was on Rt.29 around Barracks Road last night when I searched on my T-Mobile iPhone 6. One was nTelos Communications and the other one was Sprint. I normally have only seen the nTelos Communications one so last night was something new.

I had to turn off the "Enable LTE" switch to keep my phone from dropping to 1X. My theory on that is the phone is trying to authenticate to nTelos LTE and is failing and goes to 1X after failing authentication

I totally understand. I am recently new to Sprint after coming off of Verizon from work. It is hard to get used to 3G again but hopefully LTE will be online here soon!

Hello All, New to this forum but I live at Lake Monticello and work in Charlottesville. When I upgraded to the 6S my phone wants to stay in 1X when I have the Use LTE switch on. I can confirm that my family that uses nTelos have band 25 LTE here.
