  2. RT @ChrisDunhamJr: Pop quiz: Who's the only player with three top 10s in the last four years at @THEPLAYERSChamp? Answer: David Toms

  3. Good deal. Glad you have a way to see what sites you are connected to. I take it you are in the Nola market?
  4. Does signalcheck pro work with aosp ROMs? That could be a good option to get serving cells that are usually found on the engineering screen if nothing else.
  5. Glad you said something. I wasn't going to touch it but someone needed to.

  7. Probably not. I think we are just at the point where there is enough coverage where a good number of stores may be covered. But I know at least one that you can't pick it up in the store. Yet.
  8. Lots of progress in the Elmwood area. 3 sites upgraded with panels and RRU'S up with one of these broadcasting LTE.

  11. David, he is talking about the SignalCheck pro app. The latest release added a feature where it displays the serving cell right on the signal screen. So you really don't have to do anything except take a screenshot when connected to 4g now (as long as you have the app open already). Great app, I use it all the time.
  12. Really? Surprised. Is your phone on 3g only or something because you should pick it up somewhere around the city. It is spread out pretty good.
  13. Speaking of signal range...we have had a few days of abnormally low humidity for this area. This dry air is allowing LTE signals to travel further than they do when the humidity is higher. I have been picking up towers I have never picked up before at some rather long distances. At least this is my theory as to why I have been picking up all of these serving cells I have never seen before. I think higher humidity degrades the signal and causes shorter signal ranges as a result. This may be well known within the industry but I have never heard it before...and I could be completely wrong as well.
  14. Sweet! Wasn't expecting that kind of report. I guess we know where they been hiding.
  15. At least we know they know but it leads us back to why they no worky?
  16. That is very impressive. Die hard stuff right there. Props to y'all for sure.
  17. Ooohhhhh. Signal 2 is an iPhone app. I got it now I think. Sorry a little slow on the uptake there.
  18. Kinda useless but it is still fun to drop some purple on the map sometimes.
  19. You would think a network admin or someone of that nature would see something amiss if the switches etc are supposed to be passing data and there is nothing.
  20. I'm telling you, those Hammond crews moved west. Those guys are good. A bunch of sites have been going from nothing to live in less than a week. Let's hope this trend continues. Then again we still have a bunch of Red Sticked sites wasting away.
  21. Sweet, some fun for you guys downtown! Glad to see it.
  22. Wow digi. Simply gorgeous clarity in those pics. I have a cannon with a zoom lens but no where near that quality. I like them all except the last one... for obvious reasons.
  23. New sensorly purple around Earhart and Dickory. The tower here may have gone live if anyone is in the area to do some mapping.
  24. Hey no sweat. Completely understand. Having 2 kids of my own I know exactly what you mean. Don't worry about it and try and take care of those kiddos. Hope they feel better soon.
