  1. Alright I got some good news everyone. Apparently after my talk the other day with the higher up we have been provided a direct email address to get some quick and compliant answers. I just sent off the email so as soon as I receive an update, i'll be updating you as well. I apologize, I'm not trying to "smoke and mirrors" Just trying to get new information and make myself as intelligent on the subject as I can be, while corresponding to you all what ever I may know in a timely fashion. As I work for Sprint, i usually see and hear things first.
  2. According to him NV isn't coming for a long time, I mentioned the agreement at first which led to him saying that comment. This is news from a guy he is buddy buddy with so I'm not trying to get him or I in trouble. We were simply talking about 700mhz spectrum because this is what I assumed nTelos owned from that wiki article I had read. So he made no mention of 700mhz spectrum at all from the get go. As far as I know, he's not a very technical guy, just a sprint guy. I asked him for dates, he couldn't supply. But this was information regarding the LTE coming to SW VA from a guy higher than your standard store representative or managers etc.
  3. If it is running on 1900, then that is the only spectrum that will be broadcast for Sprint Users in the nTelos area. I was going off of, This https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_LTE_networks
  4. Good news everyone. As I'm checking on this today, I just had a higher up from Sprint walk through my door. I decided to ask him and surprisingly enough he's in the middle of having a conversation about it. He gave me the long spill about everything that's going on and I'll sum it down to this. It's here, the work is done, the agreements are almost finished and its the flick of a switch away now. The 4g LTE network will be nTelos' 700mhz only, and will not be NV. 1900mhz and 2500mhz are far away. As for a date range, he's as sceptical as I am guessing at one because anything can happen between today and tomorrow. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  5. Just tried to call Alcatel-Lucent and the first Rep sent me to Corp Headquarters and the Next Rep advised me they could not provide me with that information or anyone who may know of it.
  6. I work for Sprint and have never seen anything of the sort. Service Trender allows us to look into similar items as described above, although in nTelos land Service Trender doesn't work, as well as a lot of other tools. Any other ideas?
  7. Is it possible to call Alcatel-Lucent and find out when the towers will be NV compliant?
  8. Well I've heard numerous things, even from a guy working on the towers in my area. He said it's pretty much done, they just need to flip a switch. Also according to Sensorly I've seen some towers pop up here, and there that aren't represented on the network map for 4g LTE coverage. Also I don't think Spark is going to be built in when they release it.
  9. Anyone seen any NEW news about the 4G LTE Network for SW-VA and WVA?
