  1. To my understanding they are actively working on the LTE issues we are having in WVA and SWVA. From what I can tell about 50-60% of Devices are reading it and working, the other 40% of devices ARE NOT working on it. I've determined that... 1. It's not Device Specific. (I have a Nexus 6 I can not connect, My friend has a Nexus 6 he is connected) 2. Your phone may read LTE and you will still not have signal (I'm pulling band 26 and not connecting) 3. It is spotty on a number of devices. Your device may read LTE and be working one second and then hop off to Extended Network or 1x after and return to 3g. My advice... If you have it, Great! Other wise, Just keep your device on CDMA only or LTE turned off in the case of Iphones. And just keep checking day to day. They will have everything repaired soon enough. I know Sprint has been logging tons of phone calls on this issue. We waited all this time, & we finally have definite LTE in the area. It won't be long until things get sorted out. Give them a few weeks.
  2. Also I have a Nexus 6 and I am connecting to Band 26 but my Phone is not receiving data from it. I've seen the same issues with several LG's and Netgear devices. So give them some time to work it out & keep your phone in CDMA only if it is not connecting properly. It'll be fixed next week some time.
  3. They responded but did not give me permission to share the map citing "the maps will be available on Sprint.com"
  4. Does anyone else have a Nexus 6, I am pulling LTE according to SignalCheck Pro but I can't connect to Data unless I swap back to 3G only??
  5. NOTE IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE CONNECTING TO LTE USE THE FOLLOWING. First change your network mode off of CDMA ONLY if it's been changed. Than try the following ##update# or ##scrtn# (Iphone users use ##clear# or General->Reset->Reset Network Settings)
  6. Yes but spotty can't tell if it's dense in the town or not because this map is horrendous. But its showing over Clifton forge. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  7. Huntington looks like Yes, Ashland No Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  8. Like... It's just the city. No surrounding areas are covered at all. Until you get to Waynesboro. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  9. Its covered all the way out to the edge of Pulaski, so yes covered. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  10. It's covered from Fayetteville all the way to bluefield. Yes beckley is well covered. You are not going to get LTE until next month! No one will. For the Charlottesville guy asking earlier, its a super tiny dot but its covered. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  11. It states I'm not allowed to redistribute the image without permission. So I'm asking prior to potentially losing my job. Roanoke/Salem/Vinton is fully covered. I can answer any questions about coverage in the mean time. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  12. IVE JUST BEEN TOLD LTE HAS BEEN ENABLED IN VIRGINIA AND WEST VIRGINIA AND WILL SHOW AS SPRINT NEXT MONTH. I was also sent a map of the attached LTE coverage which I'll post tomorrow at work. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  13. I'm about 90% sure nTelos does not have access to Band 41 although someone can correct me if I am wrong.
  14. Band 25 as far as I know, Shentel has access to Bands 25, 26 and 41 IIRC. Also, Shentel is known for their amazing build out times, so as soon as this deal gets finalized things will be moving quickly. It's all going to come down to the date that nTelos gets shut out. I can already tell you Shentel Reps are in full force down here taking on the corporate stores. The Corporate stores have had numerous changes in the past few months and more to come starting January 1st. So things are moving very very fast with Shentel in the market right now.
  15. Roanoke is one of the oldest cities in America and the most populous in SWVA and not to mention SWVA houses several major colleges/university's and our strip of 460 which ranges through several dense towns/cities all the way to Richmond. Where the 4g finally starts. That's not an excuse and I work for Sprint... Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
