I think you're right. His screen shot is showing SVDO (that's what happens when the notification bar turns green). It sure looks like a GS3 screen to me.

Isn't it odd that this tower has no legacy panels? During cutover it's simply offline?

Might be that..but i was right next to the tower and the speeds are much lower than days ago...and low speeds are all the way across LA...Its insane the speeds i got today in differents parts of Los Angeles,extremely slow.

This is the closest tower to my house. Its done with the upgrades since weeks. I saw Alcatel doing a really hard work for 2 days. Days ago I use to get almost 3mbps close to it and a really low PING and today I only got 1.45Mbps and high PINGS.And it went back to Evdo after 2 days giving ehrpd.And if you go away from it,the speeds are crazy low and really high PINGS.

Well yeah, i hope we get LTE soon,some places say september,others october,so i think it might be between those two months.

NO..u are not the only one....this is all around LA.....speeds are crazy lately,,in one place thy are so high and then suddenly the drop is huge..OMG cant wait for LTE and no one knows anything about launch in LA metro

Speeds keep going up and down and my SIII goes from Evdo to Ehrpd and viceversa. I am in Glendale pretty close to Downtown Los Angeles.

As u can see the speeds go up and down.I am in Glendale close to downtown.Outside home the speeds are better and there is a tower like one mile that close to it the speed jump to almost 2mbps.

Well i ve seen in a lot of web pages that LA is gonna be launched in september,bt not the whole county.step by step

Example here in Glendale and all the way of freeway 5 toward north(Burbank and San Fernando Valley) i saw a lot of work of Alcatel.Here in Glendale they finished already.I asked one of the guys that were working on a site close to my house and they told me: Ylenda sites(5) are ready to go live.
