Well I just received that email from above regarding my MB. So essentially it's a paperweight soon. I haven't been using it for several months as it's connected in my office and I've working from home. But when I'm in the office, it does help as coverage is bad in the office. 

So I guess they are saying the MB will stop working soon.

I did Sprint chat from my account on the website.  The front line support folks didn't want to do it, but once I managed to get myself in touch with the technical support people, they were able to handle it.

I had to do it again today, as it reverted to T-Mobile on me around mid-day.  Took a very long time to get myself connected to the right person this time.  I got my phone back on Sprint again, and I'm told some type of block was put on to keep it from reverting again.  We'll see how it goes.

Sounds like a lot of people getting pushed over to T-Mobile today. Might be able to get on support and get them to take ROAMAHOME off to let you back on Sprint. Trip had success with that, mileage will likely vary. 

My Note 8 phone just got a profile update this morning. Now all it does it lock on Band 2. When I have a Band 41 Tower right next to me. 

I have a MB in the office and it doesn't hop on that now.

How can I change if it's possible?

So I moved buildings at work. I have little signal at my new desk. I was qualified for a MB or Airwave. I picked the Airwave.
Is it mostly a plug n play device? Or more involved to get it up and working?

I just got the One UI 2 beta with Dec security patch on unlocked s9. I toggled VoLTE on and it works! Just wondering why there is no icon to indicate that it is active.

Well I didn't look at the phone much when I was driving. But I was able to stream music and use GPS.

Where I was staying I looked several times and never noticed TMobile. Was always Verizon. Heck even had coverage at Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse on Verizon.

Once I passed Sioux Falls Sprint was done and Verizon the rest of the way.

This maybe a simple question. 

I traveled to Mount Rushmore this past weekend and there is almost no native Sprint coverage along I-90 in South Dakota. I was roaming on Verizon 90% of the time in South Dakota. 

On Sprint that shows Extended LTE and roaming on the phone. Does that mean I have 200 megs on roaming to use?

I have a family member that traveled to Orr, MN and they have no service there. However they have full bars on the phone with the R symbol. LTE engineering shows band 17. Isn't that AT&T?
They can't make calls, use text or data.

Thanks for that information. I went ahead and ordered the SIMOLW506TQ sim card for my phone and will be here tomorrow. I hope that allows me to activate the phone and move my number over to the S9.

Before I bought the phone I contacted Sprint with the IMEI # and they said that it's cleared to be activated. Since I bought the phone, I've been trying to use the S7 sim card,  they are telling me that the phone is locked and to return the phone. They said it hasn't been active in 50 days. I'm wondering if they are talking about sim unlocking. 

I hope once I get the new sim I can activate this phone. 

I got my S9 device to replace the S7 and getting 'please contact Sprint to unlock device' when I put the S7 SIM in the S9. Sprint tells me I need new SIM because it's not compatible. Thought they both have the same SIM.

Where is everyone seeing the ceramic white & black? I looked on Sprint and not finding that color for the S10

Received my MB today and it's plugged in and connected. It weighs a lot less the GEN 1 MB. None of my devices have latched on to the MB yet. It's been about 15 minutes now. How long does it take for your phone to see the MB?

I just received an email from UPS telling me that my MB will be arriving tomorrow. What's interesting is UPS is telling me it's coming from IBM CORP. 

I just called MB Support because mine has stopped working. Stuck on connecting to Sprint service. The rep didn't do much troubleshooting just said that I have the first GEN MB and will ship a new GEN 3 to arrive Tuesday. Return shipping label included for the old one.👍👍

I still have to make a call into Support as my MB doesn't connect anymore. Wonder if they will replace with GEN3
