21 stations in the bx!Sprint is live underground tremont ave in the Bronx. I didn't think they would get it live this soon. Looks like they are ahead of schedule.
D line is now quite a bit more tolerable.
Edit:Add 145st station to that list! Awesome!

Here's SF nimbys at work. Thus time Verizon. Hopefully not sprint anytime soon.

Anyone have any experience with London UK? I see only IVR is available for London. Weird. Also anyone have experience in the Ottawa CA airport?
-
I wish they had a list of exactly which stations.

Is this tablet worth $67 without a contract and new. I just saw it on slickdeals/eBay. Thinking of picking it up and just using it on WiFi and maybe mobile data whenever I go on a road trip or something
-
Also an article on how much data was used through the WiFi (and AT&T) during last week's game.

Stagefright doesn't really bother me as Textra has removed auto play from Videos in their latest update.
EDIT: signal bars still show 1 bar for anything below -100 RSRP.
I'm actually surprised google didn't go this route and issue updates for hangouts and their messenger app.

No issues for me in sf. I live about two blocks from a b41 site and its been camped per usual. Might be a localized thing.

I was in Toronto for 48 hours. And roamed just fine. No additional charges and it's been 2 weeks now.

I got this message, should i be good to go?
Sprint s International Value Roaming provides you free unlimited text and data (up to 2G data speeds) with calls only $0.20/minute where offer is available.
Contact Sprint +1-817-698-4199 or www.sprint.com/swwsupport for roaming in other countries or for international roaming support.

Awesome. I saw an R indicator. Don't worry about that? How do I force Rogers if it's not on Rogers.Yes, you can add it and it should work. Although it can take up to 24 hours for your sim card to activate if it hasn't been used abroad before.
Your phone will be on roaming mode, so dont freak out if all the these arnings pop-up. Make sure you connect to Rogers.

I'm in Canada at this very second! Excellent news. So I should just be able to add the service on Sprint.com and it should just work? Shouldn't look like roaming right?Eh.... and Canada is now on the plan!

Oh man. Thanks for the heads up. I totally thought they were included. This sucks. Are you asking about calling or data? If its data, then Canada is not yet supported under the IVR plan. Hopefully by the Q2 earnings call Sprint will release a decent update of new IVR markets hopefully most first and second world countries so that it can be even useful for most folks.

I'll definitely miss the waterproof, Ant+ radio, fast charging, and the physical home button, but I'm willing to look past that for a phone that actually works.
.
Fast charging?

Seems exactly the same to me. Still very leaky like an old garden hose.

Is this still the case with Canada? I'm going there this weekend and it would be great to use my phone there. What's the number for international sprint support. Anyone have any experience with Toronto and Ontario in general? Will I get a roaming indicator or will it look like native coverage?I'm new here!
Just to relate my experiences with Sprint's IVR, I travel between the US, Canada and Mexico weekly. I was set to switch from Sprint (15+ yrs) to T-Mobile, but didn't want to lose my corp discount and unlimited plan. The announcement of the IVR clinched it, with the promise of future added countries.
I added IVR to my plan via a phone call to the Intl Support desk and had no problem calling and connecting in Mexico. I'm going to Cancun tomorrow, and will report my findings upon my return.
Using the S5 (and my wife's iPhone 6+) in Canada proved problematic. After an hour on the phone with Sprint Intl, we determined that IVR *MUST* be taken off your plan for your phone to roam in Canada, and "Allow Intl Calls" enabled. What's worse is that this switch cannot be done online, a phone call to Sprint is necessary. When Canada is added to the IVR plan (and Sprint told me "soon"), this services reconfiguration will no longer be necessary, but it's a royal pain until then.
To summarize:
For Mexico, add "International Value Roaming" and remove "Enable International Calls".
For Canada, remove IVR and add "enable intl calls".
Makes sense, right???

How's the leaks?? That's all I care about at this point. I'm trying to hold off until right before my road trip this weekend so it won't slow down for that trip. Listening to music continuously? Imagine that!Confirmed to be OF6, as we thought it would be. Still Android 5.0, unfortunately. Stupid Samsung, get it together.
It only lists reactivation lock fixes. Hopefully there are other fixes with 313MB worth of update.
Edit: although I don't mind these updates. Makes the phone feel fast again for a while. I'm sure it'll slow down again in a few days.
-
Have not experienced the missed calls either. I'm on Google voice though so that might make a difference.
-
Its a feature! Not a bug!I've grown fond of the leaks. Anytime my browser crashes, I take it as a sign that I've spent too much time on my phone and it's time to put it down.
-
I'll just be happy if they fix the leaks at this point .
-
Me neither.
-
Yeah its like the last update didn't even happen. These leaks are bad. Again.New testing build RDF has been posted: OF1
http://device.sprintpcs.com/Samsung/SM-G900P-SPRINT/OF1.rdf
Still shows Android 5.0, but they could just be lazy in updating the RDF. I hope to the lord in heaven above that this includes some memory leak fixes.

Just kinda weird were all experiencing it at around the same time. What changed? Why can't we revert back. This is weird.
Wifi calling but no wifi SMS

Yeah it even keeps track of how many WiFi sms on the sprint page.
