I have an S7. Not an Edge, though.

 

I've had Package Disabler Pro for months and have had zero problems. I also seem to be able to designate apps as administrators without issue.

I've had no issues in the past. Just all of a sudden I can't make any app a device admin. It's not greyed out. Just doesn't register the click. Google yields varying results.

Just downloaded this thanks for the info. But now for some reason I can't activate this as a device administrator. Won't let me enable or cancel. Had this happened to anyone on the s7e.

A lot of people will eventually experience burn in, that's just the nature of amoled. My s6 has screen burn, my s7 edge didn't have any but my wife's s7 edge had it bad. In both cases though, you couldn't tell unless the screen was all white. Personally I don't really care since it doesn't affect my daily use.

What burn in does your wife's s7e have. I have one pretty bad spot from someone I text over hangouts all the time with.

I read you can't use retina and face scans for Samsung pay which is use almost exclusively. I don't wanna be that guy holding up the line either.

I really HATE the placement of that fingerprint scanner. Think I'll wait for the note 8 also. Hopefully that will have better camera, larger battery, in screen Fingerprint scanner, 6gigs of ram. They will have to make it great to make up for the note 7

What is the latest build? Just curious because during my last beta I was on deregistered from the beta program and have been stuck with that beta since it was right around when there were stopping it and I can't seem to pull the update up

No luck. Damn this sucks.

Ive done a couple force restarts. Always sticks at the lte plus screen.

Any ideas how to get out of a boot loop? Help! No root just beta. This sucks.

Any noticeable changes from the beta? Anyone try secure folder? I'm Currently stuck in a bootloop in my official nougat upgrade. Ugh.

I had to send mine in to fix it. The line was not bad at first then it got to the point it was hard to fix by pressing on the 'g' by the camera. I didn't even bother with sprint I went straight to samsung with the issue. It was covered so no out of pocket but I was without a phone for awhile.

Oh ok. Not good. I sent this to Samsung last time when I had pink spots all over. This will be annoying if it keeps happening. And my year will be up in March. Ugh. Samsung has to know this is a huge problem. Huge. Sad. Haha

I had that pink line. It is a loose ribbon cable that is why when you press by the camera it goes away.

Good to know. Yeah seems unrelated to my last pink spots issue. As long as it doesn't mean imminent death like the last time I'll be OK.

Sending a pic over mms didn't work. Sprintegrated. Now I'm getting double notifications now too. One from gv and one from messenger. No option to turn off notifications in the app. In the old app you can choose gv notifications or default messaging app notifications. Now I get both.

This is the 2nd time. I got pink spots before and the display stopped working. Samsung fixed it after it being sent out. This looks different.

Not sprint related. But very interesting major screw up on sfmta's part knowing att 2g was shutting down on Jan 1st 2017 and not upgrading their systems before that. What the hell.

Samsung ending beta program. I thought they beta test 7.1 before releasing it next month. But oh well.
