  5. Totally Agree [emoji106] Or since Dish has some much wireless spectrum, then maybe they should be given Boost Mobile and be pushed into being the new 4th Carrier Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

  7. Personally, I agree [emoji106] My thoughts are if the DOJ are going to absolutely require Sprint and T-Mobile to help create another 4th Carrier, the Sprint should give up Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile and T-Mobile should give up Metro. Then all three of the Pre-Paid brands can merge under one of the names. And The New T-Mobile can allow the new 4th Carrier to be a Pre-Paid brand and freely Roam on its New T-Mobile network. Another possible option would be for Sprint and T-Mobile to sell all of their Pre-Paid brands to US Cellular or Comcast or Dish and one of those could become the 4th Carrier. 11. Comcast They have big bucks [emoji385] and they already offer Mobile Phone Service. As someone else mentioned, buying up Sprint would allow Comcast to stop paying Verizon for service. If the Sprint+T-Mobile Merger does not get approved, I do kind of hope that Comcast can get Sprint, since that work for me personally, since I am already stuck with Comcast Cable TV/Internet/Home Phone. 12. Back when I got my First Cellphone...an Audiovox...I was with Worldcom Wireless. As you all know...Worldcom Wireless went Bankrupt after a much publicized scandal. When Worldcom Wireless went out of business, I get a letter in the mail [emoji394] that informed me that my contract will Worldcom had been converted to a contract with AT&T. I immediately contacted AT&T, and requested to be released from the contact, which I had a right to do within the 30 days after my contact had been assumed by AT&T. Not that I personally had anything against AT&T, it was just that I wanted the opportunity to shop around for the best price and best contract that fit my needs. Here is a CNN article from 2002 that explains the situation... http:// https://money.cnn.com/2002/07/29/pf/saving/q_wireless/index.htm Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

  15. https://www.cnbc.com/2019/04/16/sprint-stock-falls-10percent-on-report-t-mobile-merger-is-unlikely-to-be-approved-as-currently-structured.html IMHO... If the T-Mobile & Sprint Merger does not get approved, then Sprint, most likely will be sold off for parts to all of other wireless carriers. Or, as other have suggested, Sprint will most likely be absorbed by either Comcast or Dish or a similar service. Possibilly Sprint might be able to merge with US Cellular or Shentel, if the Justice Department would allow that. Another remote possibility would be that Sprint would become a Regional Carrier, after selling of a lot of its assets. I personally just don't see Sprint surviving on its own as a National Carrier. Which is too bad, because I have always be a fan of Sprint, since their GTE Sprint and US Telecom days. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
