  1. http://www.rcrwireless.com/20151117/carriers/sprint-lte-plus-advances-hit-77-markets-tag2 Does this mean anything? Or is it just marketing on Sprint's end?
  2. Nice, I'm glad to hear there's room for improvement. Are those clearwire conversions and small cells being deployed as of now, or are they still waiting to start work? Any timeline as to what we can expect around here?
  3. Haven't been here in days (last time i visited, the Warriors weren't even champions). Anyways, I upgraded from a note 2 to a note 5 and the difference as far as data goes is pretty substantial. Living in Davis, my note 2 was more or less unusable during 2013 and only started flirting with 4g in late 2014. Some parts were 4g and rolling, other parts were trash. As of now, it seems like there's LTE everywhere, so that's a great sign. Speeds seem pretty amazing from what they once were. Is sprint done with the Davis area, or is there still more work to do?
  4. As in I can get a new phone, give it back if I don't like it for a full refund, and have my old phone reactivated?
  5. Hmm okay. So far, at least on my note 2, the LTE is pretty streaky here in Davis. Has there been any work on adding more LTE area or am I gonna have to get a triband phone to survive here?
  6. Bear my ignorance, but by stronger do you mean that I'll be getting LTE in all the places I used to, but faster? Or will I simply be getting more LTE in more places than I do now? Will the 41/26 have good reception indoors? Thanks dude!
  7. So I've just read that sprint is launching LTE in Sacramento on the 28th. Will Davis be affected by this? If so, will a note 2 in Davis be getting more LTE? Thanks!
  8. Got it. Thanks a bunch. Now, will I be seeing these changes right this instant or are they still setting it up?
  9. Hmm okay, but how would I see coverage I would get with a note 4 or iPhone 6? Is there a proper coverage map for either one? I'm only asking this cause my contract ends in November and want to know if I would get constant LTE here in Davis.
  10. Any idea when the other 4 will? There seems to be a mile radius of LTE so far. A few months ago there was a good deal, but now it's in a little strip of land.
  11. Update on Davis: still seems like the LTE is very frail. There was a time that you could find it in quite a lot of places, but after that one week it just died. Anyone know what gives?
  12. Oh okay, numbers were thrown everywhere. So I'm guessing that California isn't part of that 250 mil?
  13. I remember reading up on Sprint is planning to cover 300 POPs during the summer of this year.
