As far as the evo, 350 is an awesome trade in amount. You would have a hard time finding a buyer for 350, best buy is taking it in the shorts in that deal.

  2.

If they offer you 350 for your EVO' date=' take it. Sprint offered me 123 for my GS3 yesterday. I laughed.

  3. Considering getting the evo lte too. Even with its issues. If it gives me problems I'm gonna complain to sprint and then they'll have too let me switch to something similar like the Optimus g or Gs3.

They aren't going to swap out your phone just because you complain...

  4.

I'm hoping because it's close that I won't have a problem' date=' but I really wanna upgrade at Best Buy or Amazon where I'll actually save money from upgrading there. I think it's still like 150 at the Sprint Stores and I don't think it will go down too much for Black Friday :([/quote']

The Evo LTE is going for about $200 on craigslist here. I would personally buy a used one and save the upgrade at those prices, instead of burning the upgrade.

  5. The only thing I ever have in my yard is a nice tall flagpole with a nice big American flag. It gets light at night and the flag gets replaced at the slightest hint of fading or tearing. No political signs ever.

The problem with Riverside / San Bernardino for sure is the size of the market is huge compared to LA or SD. I wish there was more info about our county's. I had posted these photos in another thread and was hoping it was a good sign.

LA and SD have cell splitting, and likely more cell sites to upgrade. Cell size largely depends on the population density, not the propagation of the signal.

  7. It is either 30 or 60 days of having the airave unplugged before Sprint will ask for it back, or to have the customer plug it in. Even at 30 days, it is fair to say that the customer is not using it, and it is an expensive device for Sprint to just give out and never get back. Not sure why this seems too difficult to accept. And if wifi calling is so wonderful, why don't you download an app that does wifi voip? Then you don't have to deal with the airave, and you don't use any minutes on your plan.

Not sure about your state' date=' but in Louisiana, government employees are not allowed to endorse, publicly back any candidate, put up signs, post about who you like on social media, etc. There are some grey areas but it's just easier to stay out of the whole thing of politics on the internet if you are government employee.[/quote']

    Same as the military.

  9. Just something to do while we wait on a few sites to come online. Jacksonville is a hard city to cover but the coverage is going to be great once CDMA800 comes online.

Why do all you Jacksonville residents think it is so hard to cover the city with 1900mhz? You have any idea how much rural coverage sprint has using that same freq? You guys aren't that special. Mama lied... lol

lolz trust me I know they are stupid but its just like one of those quirks that wont go away. I like to have everything working and working right and this one I just have been stuck on.

I know man card revoked lol

I'll give you a pass this time.

  11. First off, S-OFF is the term given to completely unlocking the device without using the HTC developer website and thus not notifying HTC that you have voided your warranty. S-OFF was only able to be done when the initial software was released on the phone. HTC fixed the exploit in an OTA so that users would have to use the HTC method.

Secondly, S-OFF and the HTC unlock method unlock the bootloader, which doesn't sound like what you are trying to accomplish. Root is something completely different. You must be rooted to unlock the bootloader, but you don't need to be unlocked to root.

Thirdly, the very first root thread I read on XDA has the following quote:

This root method will ONLY work on software version 1.22.651.1 and older, if you have 1.22.651.3, please be patient devs are working on it!!!

    http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=1671577

If you have 1.22.651.3, you will have to wait for a little bit until the developers crack the newest OTA.

  12. The round table format ate hairy spiders when drunk. Its towers became bloated after swallowing a mouthful of baby formula. The baby ate his poisoned barbeque chicken ribs without A1 steak sauce. Fix the chair leg before somebody trips and breaks their sister's glass. It peed shards of LTE droppings from bubbly fermented apples. Doctors gouge the helpless when options appear dangerously silly for perpendicular slicing. Around 2pm there was another explosive diarrhea

  13. Very true. But in indecipherable pronunciation, even Dylan cannot top Van Morrison...or Jimmy Fallon doing Van Morrison.

I do admire the quantity of beer, though...

Made me thirsty. I really get a kick out of Jimmy Fallon's musical satire.

Well, what does Minnesota have? Using water softener salt to attract deer? Nah, I think Texas invented that...
