Have you tried PRL updates/ changing it to LTE mode? I did that on my Aunts S6 and after a restart it connected immediately

My wife told me that she has LTE in uptown beckley as of today. I'll check it tonight when I get home. She has an iPhone 6 on Sprint.

When I'm connected its strength is within -5 of 25. It's in the 80-90 range I stayed connected for a while last night in my room.

I've noticed that a lot of the time when I check the engineering screens it will say B41 and then flash back and forth to 25 and then 41 again over and over. Is that normal or something that's been observed before? I'm not in a fringe location I'm directly downtown, outdoors, and it bounces back and forth.

Just drove to Morgantown from Beckley and for 95% of the drive I kept LTE. Now that I'm in Morgantown I am connecting to all 3 bands, speeds are only around 5mbps but a serious improvement over the 3G only speeds!

I think Shentel has plans to completely rebuild the network and add new sites of their own. There are screenshots in previous pages of maps showing new site locations as well as on shentels website.

Weird that I can see the speed test stating that it was on LTE but when you choose the "best technology found" it does not show LTE.

You don't post them after you test it just takes time and eventually the results will appear on the map. Set it to test continuously and just let it run next time you're driving around.

Sensorly should still pull data from Root Metrics, right? I mean so Android users can see it.

You can't map sensory on an iPhone, you can map with Root Metrics though

Band 25 is the only one I can pick up I've not seen any 26 so it's odd as to why her phone isn't getting it.

Haven't been able to access the network all day until just now I sat down at a restaurant and noticed it was there with out forcing it. I did a PRL update to my father's iPhone 5S and he has LTE as well but strangely my mothers iPhone 5 does not connect no matter what.

A friend of mine has been connected on his 6 Plus all day long with no drop off, in Beckley. My phone won't stay connected unless I'm in the same spot and not too far indoors. Strange. Frustrating. But I'm very happy it's here somewhat

It only stays connected for about 60 seconds and then drops to No Service and then I get a pop up saying it could not connect to a cellular network and to turn on wifi and then it reconnects to 3G and I have to force it on LTE by ##UPDATE# again with my phone in the window.

I just connected to LTE in Beckley after a ##CLEAR# and two ##UPDATE# and some patients for it to get out of "No Service". Attempting to upload screenshots now but Tapatalk is not cooperating!!

Nothing here in Beckley. ): But glad to see something of substance happening.

A page or two back someone stated that November 20th would be some type of opening up for the network. Although that isn't the first time we have heard something like that.
