A band of moderate to heavy snow is moving across the Springfield area right now, roads may be a bit slick during the heaviest snowfall.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING for Cedar and St. Clair counties in Missouri until 11:30am. Penny sized hail and wind gusts to 70mph possible.

A Tornado Watch has been issued for much of the ozarks north and west of an Ozark to Lebanon line until 3pm.
