Any reason why things have come to screeching halt again in our area? -
In LA 3g is faster than 4g [non spark]. Talk about being overloaded.

I was told everything should be installed by July 8th and fine tuning afterwards. I hope that's right. 1x800 has been nice on some of my ranches when it is on. For some reason it goes on and off at all times. Testing may be?

Xlte vs spark. Spark will win. Sprint purposely replaced hardware for a reason vs software upgrades. We are poised as Sprint customers to kick fanny.... Once completed. That's the hang up. Software upgrades can only take you so far. Plus having Softbank ceo say that Sprint will revolutionize what us mobile data will look like is promising. I'm on an AirRave and my NID is 5xx. Are all AirRaves in this range?

Is there any patterns to cluster launches? Is all of Fresno going to have to launch together? Along with Clovis? Or do they usually do 4-6 towers? I ask because apparently us here in Kerman (15 miles west of Fresno) is going to be launched in with Fresno.

Poor Fresno. I wonder if the city is just that difficult? Fresno didn't get any reliable 4G wimax but it was promised. And now is being left out of the LTE until last. It has to be frustrating to know that Mendota received LTE before Fresno. But I digress. There is a lot of progress now vs. being left in wonderville.

Just to lighten it up a bit. This is how I have felt as NV has been deployed. If I am breaking forum rules, I apologize in advance. But at least watch it first before deleting the post.

But how can this be true when in fact is has been hardware upgraded (at least in the air)? Maybe it is all or nothing? So like the cabinet work wasn't all done but the tower panels are finished and this is still "legacy"?

Quick question.... What is a "legacy" tower? They keep calling Kerman's lonely tower this. I have photo evidence that NV panels have been installed and that the cabinets were also being worked on. What can this mean or is this just CS lingo to get you off the phone?

Just got off the phone with a Sprint Rep. I wanted to see if my plan included Direct Connect. I asked him, since I was on the line, how the upgrade in Kerman looked. He told me that all call reps just received a tool this week to look up statues of your 5 most used towers and see when they would have LTE. So Kerman/Biola/West Fresno it looks like cluster launch by May. He made it a point to say that they would be launching together.
