Nexus 5 and LG G2 experience temporary Sprint LTE connectivity issues due to Circuit Switched Fallback technology

Thank you for the great article. I always enjoy seeing new articles on the Wall. It makes me feel like Christmas came early.
I can personally vouch for the edge of service improvements and better battery life benefits of eCSFB. Holding a -126 dBm LTE signal and pulling a 10 mbps downstream is priceless. Not to mention a 44 hour uptime before plugging in.
Hopefully this article gives others an incentive to stay the course and be patient while Sprint continues to make compatibility improvements. It is worth it.

Teaser: Megalith, megahertz...Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3

I've been wanting to try out another Samsung phone, but 6.3" is just too big for me. I will have to just see when they are all released. Right now, I think I am leaning towards the G2, S4 mini or the Nexus 5 if it does come to Sprint. No matter what, Triband is a must for me. Everything else would be KFC gravy.

I, for one, am glad that there will be another triband phone coming out soon. I am not saying that I want this godzilla phone, but whether or not I would buy any particular phone, it is important that Sprint has a range of devices that support their new network. It just helps to further legitimize their relevance in the industry and gets more word on the street when people start using them and realize "Hey, did your Sprint phone just smoke my Verizon uber DROID?"

It would be great to see some Nexus love for Sprint. Once I saw band 41 support, I found it convincing enough.

Bande à part: LG G2 is the first announced Sprint tri band LTE handset

It sounds like the rf performance is mediocre overall on the G2, a fact that disappoints me more so than lack of SVLTE/SVDO.

So far all the recently released devices have felt underwhelming to me. I am beginning to think that the manufacturers also feel there is no point in releasing higher end devices until they can release them with the newer bands since those of us who would consider buying a more expensive model will be looking for that.

I am on the 1500 family plan and it is also a $5 add on for my account, too. I figured the newer plans would be free but now I wonder just which plans include it as a free add on.
