Look ever since they reprogramed my meid at my speeds

I'm in wilting manors and I have had all the same the issues. Advance support reprogrammed my msid with a new number and that fixed my data speeds for the last few days!

It's clearwire still on b 41 I'm still connected to the same towers but since the msid #change I got my speed baack!! B25,b26 is sprint b41 is clearwire. But my speed is back.

No that was not an auto correct. I'm still connected to Clearwater B41 or sprint b25,b26 but when he changed the msid # my speed came back. Idk if it fixed my texts or calls yet. Also hes sending me a new note 4 due to my battery drain issues yaa...

The only major difference the only major difference with advanced support worked on my phone this time

I have some good news after Sprint reprovisioned my phone and added a different MSID code my internet started working again I actually got 48 megs down connected to Clearwater B41 when connected to sprint b 25 I'm getting 12 megs down so they fixed something maybe my phone was never provisioned properly in the first place although it has been reprovisioned in the past a few times. So yaaa I have data let's see if this helps other issues

1. Sprint confirmed the address if the tower. 2. I have reported it to sprint and on the app. 3 I talked to sprint techs when they were working on the tower 4. Sprint confirmed that's the tower in use 99% of the time. 5. Clearwater b41 and yes what is the difference please?? Hope that helps!

I did try changing my servers to a few of them. Like I said the day I went from a note 3 to a note 4 there was a huge difference in my speed. I was consistently getting 20 + megabytes per second. Now I'll be lucky if I get 5 - 10 megabits on B 41 but normally its now under 1 megabit. Sadly I don't leave this 10 block radius very often so I do believe it's a tower related problem. :-/ I have been a loyal Sprint customer for 11 years I'm just hoping they fix this and soon

I can see the tower from my window lol soo something is up... lol I'm not far from traditional tower at all lol .2 to .3 of a mile from it and I'm really hoping they will fix it honestly

My ping time is 78 to 180. It's very high as well and my signal levels are low unless im 1 block from the tower at the gym.

What I said was my note 3 was giving me 20 to 25 mb consistently. Since the upgrade to my note 4 I have gotten spark speeds 2 times of 50 and 59mb. I never said my note 3 gave me those speeds. I said my note 4 did. Sprint says you are suppose to get up to 60mb down with spark but what I have found is I'm getting no more then 4 to 10 mb down but many times it's under 1mb. I can't stream media without buffering then the media stopping until I connect to wifi. This started since they started the NV upgrades.

I was comparing lte before the network vision/spark upgrades to support tri band phones. As I said non tri band phones at this time in my area work so much better

I have been with sprint for 11 years. 3g, wimax, 4G lte and now spark/network vision. When they went to 4g lte we had growing pains but they fixed it. Yes I went from a note 3 to a note 4 so I could use spark over a year ago pre order. My bf already had a tri band phone as did my neighbors but until I got a tri band phone I didn't know the difference nor did I know changing my phone would make my service die. I now have every issue they had. The note 3 is not a tri band phone. My note 3 worked better faster and had no network, text or call issues. Since the day I changed my phone out to a note 4 I have wanted to shoot myself. All my services have been horrible. I am connected to spark I'm in the wilton manors / fort Lauderdale area and all my services have issues. My next door neighbors changed all 3 phones to att from sprint due to all the service issues since they started the network vision project. I have found out if your phone is not tri band your service is great. If you have a tri band phone and have sprint for the time being u mine as well toss your 740$ phone in the trash. On top of all this limiting the phones so you have no data while talking on the phone was a huge kick in the rear..... my bf and I both have sprint he just changed his iPhone 6 to a sg6 edge and still has horrible service and we live together so there's some issues here. No matter the time of day I can't achieve spark speeds ever. Generally I can't get over 4mb down sometimes I get 10mb down. I used to get 26mb down on my note 3. 2 times I got 50 to 59mb down walking my dogs in the last 13 months. Past that I'm lucky if my phone works :-/ WiFi I get 126mb down and 29 to 33mb up so I don't think it's my phone and sprint agrees with me since I have brought it in for testing many times. On a side note I have that battery issue since the software update to my note 4. Besides clearing the cache or a hard rest does anyone have a fix for the battery drain issue on the note 4? It was great until lollipop update I don't want to hard rest my phone again :-/ tks

Well ever since my spark upgrade almost 2 years ago my service has been trash... :-/

Sadly it can be congested I don't think they put enough room for the customers. 4G was better then lte spark...

So once volte comes out then will my note 4 be able to use the data and voice or will I need to buy a new device? Also I was offered an airrave and i had one before. The problem is then if you're on a call and you waited 30 minutes on hold to get to that person and you need to leave your home you can't unless you want to hang up and call back since the airrave doesn't let the call roll over to the tower it just drops the call when you're out of airrave range. If they figured out how to get the call to roll over to a tower ???? that would be great! Sadly I had it happen so much I kept unplugged my airrave. Then when comcast had problems the voice calls were all choppy. Not sprints fault of course.

Tks very informative so i guess when this is all installed things will get better ... I gave no inside My home coverage at all. Do you know if the note 4 will ever be able to surf the Web whilr using data like the note 3. Is this a phone issue or a network issue?

What are the benifits of all 3 bands or megahertz or frequency??

Also do you know why I can't surf the Web and talk at the same time anymore. Samsung said sprint asked them to change the radio in the phone to a single band radio in the sense of transmission so you can't talk or surf the Web. They said the same phone on any other carrier can talk and surf, but recently I was told it's a issue with spark. If it's a spark issue does that mean they can fix it and my Sprint note 4 will let me use data and voice at the same time at some point? That was a huge bummer
