  1. Phone is totally screwed, still no action from Twitter. If it wasn't for my magic box at home and WiFi wherever I go I'd be totally screwed. What a shit weekend, I hold in my hands a paperweight. The one update was supposed to prevent this but nope.
    Since the update have you tried ##786# and see if that worked?

  2. This phone is exhibiting so many weird things on LTE atm, I'm starting to think it's not the phone as it is my nearby tower at work. They said there were no tower issues but I suspect that there are, once I get a good mile from work things start to go back to normal. Still going to keep an eye on this, we did have some pretty bad storms the last few nights so perhaps something just isn't right. No one got back to me on twitter either so whatever for now.

    I usually tweet this group:

    .@marceloclaure .@SprintCTO .@sprintcare .@MichelCombes

    Get a message, ask for a DM and request a call from executive services. Tell them all the steps you've done and respectfully request a replacement device. Tell them you don't want to go to anymore stores or waste your time.

    Just do a phone swap for a new unit to get a working device!

    Then once you get swapped, request a credit for all your wasted time, dropped calls and data.

    I received a $140 credit and a friend got $150+.

    Good luck and hopefully they'll take care of you.

  4. You are only this far away.  Establish or increase your monthly donation and you will be there before you know it.  Monthly donations really help with site hosting costs for sites with a lot of traffic and a huge number of users and posts such as this site.

  5. For everyone that is not having these LTE data connection issues, are you liking your S10?  Still like it?
    For me, I still like the phone.  The battery doesn't last as long as I expected (still about the same as a S8), but not bad.  Also about the same reception as the S8.  Fingerprint reader can be "picky" as times.  Starting to notice some UI lag at times.
    Other than that, love the phone.  Good upgrade from an S8.
    Fast and smooth, once my phone was replaced due to the lte and dropped calls.

  6. Defective s10 phone?  Looking for more testers.  Simply disable CA through the dialer code.  Very preliminary results are good. The theory is that the unlocked phones have not had the same degree of issues as the Sprint branded S10s.  Besides bloatware, a difference is the Sprint branded have far more CA options than the unlocked.
    Please report back with your results. Note that there may be more than one issue.
    Sprint branded s10 plus, all ca off and no issues yet.

    Sprint ordered me a new replacement phone, delivered on Tuesday.

  7. The new update hasn't fixed the data issue for me. I guess I'm going to have to contact Sprint about my options. 
    I'm having data and dropped calls with Sprint. I've turned volte off also.

    I drop down to 1x800 and drop calls and lose LTE.
