Looking at sensorly I found to new very small LTE dots near Lago La Plata and Toa Alta. also Barceloneta seems new I think.

I already mapped some parts of Humacao.

Is there any LTe on the highway on the way from Humacao to Las piedras?

iPhones can't map with Sensorly.
I know that, but someone must have an Android I think that there should be "some" androids out there...
-
Are you all mapping with sensorly???

What PRL do you guys have on the Note 2? Has there been any PRL update?
-
They are upgrading the entire network, not just cities. So they upgrade each site the moment it is ready. It is typically faster to have a rural site ready to upgrade than an urban site. Backhaul install is usually much faster at rural sites, as well as planning, zoning and permitting.
Frankly, I get tired of all you city folks who get all pissed off because for one time in human history, the rural areas got something first. Part of me wants to laugh and point at you. I get tired of the, "Doesn't Sprint know how important I think I am? I should get LTE first!"
As has been stated many times in this thread, I am very grateful that Sprint has put PR at the top of the deployment schedule. PR will likely be the first market totally complete. And San Juan will likely have complete coverage before most stateside cities. Sprint is treating you guys very well, all things considered.

NV upgrade complete doesn't really mean the site is online and broadcasting
and I got 20 kbps on an eHRPD site (obviously using the old backhaul), so I got you guys beat by almost 200 kbps
I thought that's exactly what I ment, what does it mean? Why do they mark it as complete if its not broadcasting?

Quick question for those with iPhone 5, when you are in an LTE area do you have to power on and off or toggle airplane mode like the rest of us?
-
wow where was that speed test taken????

Well im back in Caguas today, as per Roberts map we should have in Caguas 2 NV completed sites and 2 LTE sites. I have been connected all morning to the NV completed sites but only get speeds of 200kbps. NetMonitor tells me i have eHRPD and a NID200 so it should have the backhaul. Any ideas on why so slow speeds?

It went back to ehrpd... I dont think they are working this late. That tower is having serious problems.

today in the aternoon i see a few workers at fajardo in el pueblo site
Can you take a picture of the Fajardo Pueblo site?
-
So I think they're rolling eHRPD from Gurabo to Juncos and ending in Las Piedras. I saw a post also that Sprint rolled eHRPD in Caguas pueblo.

Yes that's correct eHRPD in Caguas Pueblo Is confirmed up and running but with slow speeds.
-
From last week until yesterday in the middle of Caguas Pueblo we had EVDO Rev.a, today I have eHRPd but still slow speeds under 600 kbps.
-
Has anydoby seen any updated towers on the east side of the island?

Ericsson also provides the inspection of Samsung sites for Sprint.

*I stand corrected*

I saw an Ericsson van today at the tower near my house, ther's been lots of vehicles working at the site the past two weeks, but considering that Samsung's the OEM for the PR/VI market, they could've been working for some other carrier (I know that AT&T also has equipment at this site).

They are probably working on AT&T's network Ericsson provides them with the LTE equipment.
