    You don't need a diploma for them to take you seriously. Unless you have a really impressive resume you're going to be sales or a demonstrator for like one to one.

    I always change out to nova launcher with some sort of icon pack on it so the stock software doesn't bother me TOO much but I know what you mean. I'd still have my Nexus if the battery didn't suck on it.Not like the iPhone is much better nowadays though.....

    I have one of their mid range smart tvs and like it a lot. I used to be an advocate for them when I worked cell phones and really only did it to have the newest device. Nothing really stuck out to me as far as the phone went when I had them; except for water resistance on the S5. That was pretty cool.

    Unrelated. What's everyone's thoughts on Samsung and the new phone? I think it's hilarious they trashed Apple last holiday season and now they're following right in their footsteps.

    Bad battery. Have apple replace it. The 5 series was notorious for doing that and it was always the battery that tested bad. You may have just gotten one that was bad out of the box.

    Mine rattles when I shake it too. I had the N5 and that thing rattled no matter what so I just got used to it.

    Read about that online and was like wait. Wth. I haven't seen this anywhere. I'm normally pretty good about tech stuff and thought I missed it.Going to look into jailbreak stuff once I get home.

    I thought I remembered someone asking about it. I'm not jail broken. 8.1.3 here and if I remember right again I think they skipped us for jailbreak. From a quick 10 second Google I see there is one for a beta but with battery life being a concern idk if I want to use a beta right now.

    Anyone know of a way to block ads in safari? Pretty annoying to constantly be redirected to the App Store when trying to just scroll through a page. I have my do not track on and also block pop-ups but still get em. I see the App Store has a few options to block out ads but I dunno if I trust em to actually do what they say. Feels weird to be saying that about an app on an Apple product....

    And then today I get off the charger at 5:20 and even now I'm still at 100%. Apple needs to get it together! Edit. Now that I talked about it I'm down to 94%. [emoji34]

    2 amp tylt charger for the win. I've never had any issues with it and it charges playing music and navigating. [emoji106][emoji106]

    Beat me to it. I was going to push a similar story from 9to5mac. Lol. So many versions of software that are going to be coming out soon. Maybe they'll get one of them right.

    I never knew Apple would make battery life recommendations in your settings menu. Have never seen that before now. I left my phone off the charger last night and it barely lost any battery life. Maybe 3-5% which I think would be acceptable. It looks like it's screen on time that is causing something somewhere to drop battery life.

    Edited above. I just googled of course after asking and found out they're not. Well this blows. Good thing I have a few portable power packs floating around.

    Alright. I can't be the only one with terrible battery life. I literally texted someone, put my phone down and when they responded a minute or two later my battery went from 31 to 29%. I just restored from stock and reset everything up and my battery life is still shit. What gives? No background refresh. No obnoxious screen brightness. Vibrate on unless I'm out and about and need my volume on. I've had my phone on and off the charger all day due to my battery dying so quickly. Just after writing this I'm down to 26%.

    Ha! Haven't had that yet but now that I read this I'll be waiting. They always are amazed that I pay with my phone whenever I go in.

    Worst part about restoring back to original settings and starting all over is having to tap each individual song in my music app to download all 754 songs again.... Maybe a fresh install of 8.1.3 will help my battery life get back to where it needs to be now.

    I'm kind of considering going back to 8.1.3. Not like it will matter toooooo much but at least my keyboard will be fast again. Edit. Well this sucks. Thought I backed everything up so I could just restore when need be but everything has switched over to 8.3 so I gotta start fresh. All my game data should come back once I redownload the app from the App Store right?
