I know I'm absolutely beating the crap out of this dead horse at this point but... As a consumer - I (we) have all heard over and over to put on our big boy pants and be patient. Some of us waiting for what seems like a good year or more. As a retailer - Myself and select other reps that actually have a clue as to what is going on have had to tell you to put on your big boy pants and be patient for the better part of 2 years. Take a look around the completed maps and SEE that Sprint has busted its proverbial ass doing work son. It's not as if your being told that things are moving along without some concrete data to back it up. I recently made my yearly pilgrimage to OCMD for H2oi ( Any Vdub brothers here?) and the drive through Eastern PA was an amazing Sprint experience. It fortified for me that Sprint was worth waiting for. Verizon in Rochester is king, there is no denying that. They offer an outstanding product at a premium cost. Do you NEED unlimited data? No, of course not. Average users consume less then 2GB's a month of cellular data. Is it worth paying $20-$70 more a month to have 4G LTE today? I don't know, I don't know your life. Are you going to pay your outrages ETF and jump ship? OF fkn course you aren't. I bitch and moan as much as the next guy and Sprint pays my GD bills! Take a step back, breath deep, spend a few minutes and take a good long look at the completed maps and realize that in the end you will have your reward.

And as if on cue... 0 service in my house. (Mt Read Wegmans) Coincidentally the radios in my Note failed this morning. Just re-flashed my ROM and got reception. I need to cut down on my Adderall today.

The info I received was Sprint internal, not Care. I still take it all with a grain of salt but my IAE knows not to talk to me unless she is confident about what she has to offer. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk

My personal experience has been that regardless of acceptance I see no difference in 3G data speeds or voice quality. I have experienced 4G LTE in henrietta but speeds were sub 2mbs. I love to see accepted sites but remember that doesn't equate to any real change yet. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk

Im assuming they meant that all of the Rochester market would be 3G accepted and 7 more sites would show 4G accepted. Now whether or not we would see 4G from those sites or even any enhnaced 3G or voice capability remains to be seen. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk

I've noticed the acceptance reports haven't quite matched up with what I am experiencing through customer interaction and field testing. There are sites that have indeed had new equipment installed but are not on the map. And just to get everyone's hopes up here's what I got today... "It looks like all new remaining towers will start coming on tonight and be done by the 26th. 7 LTE towers... don't have the specifics.."

BBM just didn't work well for me. The app was fine but the consistent notification ruined it. Who ever I was talking to about the one up replacement phone, please send me a PM.

The issue is with the in-building coverage. In my head I see a truck backing up to the office with a giant Airave on it...

Traditionally backhaul brings information from the swith to the tower, right? Seems this gentlemen is inferring that they can bring the service directly into the area where the offices are.

We manage a decent sized account in Buffalo, NY that has been having voice/data issues since before the upgrades began. Recently one of the engineers stated that a "back haul circuit" was needed to resolve the issue. I do product knowledge (play with phone features) and have zero knowledge of advanced network stuffs. Anyone know what he is talking about? Is this an actual device/system?
