Ok, I am not clear what NV means then, I just travelled to the Dallas FW area and this should be a good LTE/NV area, now I don't have an LTE phone to test yet but let me tell you, 3G sucks bad! Is this what NV is? Am i missing something?

Ok, I was just been told by Sprint that the tower next to my house between Broadway and 22 nd east of Houghton is an LTE tower but I cannot test it because I don't have an LTE phone yet, can anyone confirm?

It is 2G in the whole east side today, can't even get emails, something is going on!

I am getting real impatient! Last year I passed on the iPhone 5 and stayed with my 4S because there is no LTE. Apple will announce a new iPhone next month and I am getting it on an LTE network, hopefully Sprint will have at least one LTE tower in Tucson by then to keep me, otherwise it is Verizon baby!

The south side is beyond terrible, I was driving and needed GPS and would not work whatsoever! I was pulling about 10k down!

I really don't care if they are 40 Mbps, I think 10-15 is more than enough, I just want to know if the coverage is consistent, again, WiMax coverage in complete markets was a joke and I am worried LTE is the same.

Thank you for the response, do you know anyone who lives in one of the two complete markets? Is the LTE as good as Verizon from signal strength and coverage?

But I heard than even in places where LTE is announced and deployed that it is not really that good, kind of like the WiMax situation, I remember having the Evo and travelled to Dallas after WiMax was deployed and it was really unusable at all, people saying Sprint LTE is as good as Sprint WiMax

They waived the EFt on my 4 lines account as well but I still have not made a decision to go with another carrier yet but most likely I will, it is hard when you cannot even get work email on my iPhone on 3G anymore.

Yeah, it was so bad yesterday and still today that I am roaming at my house! I called Sprint they told me it is NV and things are going to be bad until mid week, very frustrating!

Any news or updates? The state of the Sprint network and data speed in Tucson is beyond pathetic! I cannot even stream Pandora on my iPhone which only requires dial-up speeds!

The data speeds in Tucson in general, even in places where I used to get great speeds, have been just terrible lately! If they stay like this for a while I have no choice but to switch to other carrier, my work is not getting done.

I called Sprint and reported the issue, they said that the tower next to my house is being worked on and will be down until the first week of June, when I asked why they said they are preparing it for LTE by merging CDMA tower and some other tower, they asked me to update my PRL so I can pick up other towers, not sure what that means!

I live on Houghton and Broadway and I usually have excellent service, voice and data. Usually I get anywhere between 1 and 2 mb down but today my service at home is terrible, dropped calls and data speed around 50K all day, are they working on my tower you think?
