Okay, So if I am reading this right, you went in with a used phone that you purchased from a 3rd party and activated a new line of service on your own account? Or was your line added to someone else's Framily/Account? I think it may be a confusion at the store level. As far as I know being able to bring a line to sprint(even with a used phone) without a contract is a brand new thing.

Glad you got into one! How was it to get them to merge the existing accounts?

G2 is definitely working with b41 right now. I would assume that the HTC One Max, GS4 Mini, and Galaxy Mega are all capable of b41 too. N5 is a little dicey until we get the official Spark update.

This came from our Sprint Account rep this morning. Good morning Jeremy, I can assist you in adding the XXXXXXXXX discount to your Sprint account. Please provide me with your Sprint wireless number? This process can take up to 3 weeks to complete. I will notify you with next steps once your agency has been approved and loaded to the Sprint system. You will not be required to agree to a 2 year agreement if you are on the Sprint Framily plan. Thank you,

Its against the rules but sometimes chat reps don't actually know the rules. It has been said on multiple threads that it is technically possible to do within their system but store reps won't do it because 1. they're trained not to and 2. that it is monitored for fraud to make sure they are not abusing it. I would recommend that those who are interested in saving money switch before the chat reps get the proper training on the policy.

So Sprint allowed a group of 3 on an existing account to join my Framily so mine is pretty much full now.

If there is anyone on here that is not under contract and wants to join a Framily, let me know. We have 4 lines now, have a couple others that may join soon as well.

Just switched to Framily, I have 3 lines...if anyone wants to join, PM me. Also, I am not sure if this happened because of my plan change but doing it removed me from Google Voice on both lines that had it. Had to set it all up again. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have a heads up. Also, the chat rep forgot to put my line on unlimited. Good thing i caught that or i would have been in for a rude awakening next month. I put my wife and my mom on the included 1GB and i got Unlimited. We were paying $170 with our ED1500. Now we pay $155. Edit:Just got my 4th user on my Framily. Now paying $140!

Look for 4 boxes shaped like computer towers behind each panel. Like this.
