  1. Sony pulled the PS1 games before it was released, and instead just put new developer game content on there instead. Unless they reverse their decision, Playstation Mobile probably won't be as big a hit as they think it will be. FPSE is better anyway. Still is interesting its supported by the One EVO 4G LTE. I guess Sony knows something. Also interesting the EVO is actually now referred to as a "One series" device

It's the only variant that has a different name. the verizon incredible line isn't in the lineage.

  2. ga8, Just to be clear, meant Nexus phone not tablet. The buddy I referred to is on VZW, not Sprint. His phone is definitely LTE but no SD which is deal breaker for me as well. I have a class 10 / 32gig sd, and wouldn't be without. Didn't mean to imply I wanted a Nexus, just a Google phone in the future provided essentials are there. Sick of carriers being in the way. IMHO, all Android phones should get updates direct from Google at the same time! Hope that clears me up...

I agree with you 100%. Lol

Cdma nexus is a lot better in hardware. Android 5.0 is supposed to have a personalize center to add skins to stock android. Will solve a lot of problems

  4. I'm sick and tired of hearing how the Jelly Bean update is this week or today or....Why can't we find out? I have friends who own the Google Nexus that got JB months ago. When (if) we do get Jelly Bean it ought to be 4.2. Much as I love my LTE, AND I'll never have another phone that isn't straight Google. Being 6 months behind on updates is plain BS!

No sd card or lte on the nexus. Show stopper for me

  5. When lte was lit up in my area a few months ago there was trouble keeping the lte signal. Over the past month lte service is expanding in my area and connectivity is getting better and better. My Evo is always on lte. When I leave the area and re enter the area it seems to now be switching back and forth pretty good.

    EVO-LUTION 4G LTE

My LTE connection is on/off indoors. it locks on better when outside.

  6. I don't think the LTE strength is strong inside STAPLES Center, but I am getting some in Section 217, Row 10. Strong enough to stream video though. I have reason to think it's weak because occasionally it does switch from 4G to no data to 3G and eventually switch back to 4G

3g is faster than lte in the convention center. 2mb compared to 1.6mb. Shocked the 4s bested me

  7. The SD card should have been in all versions of the One X. The rest, not that much of a change. Sprint also insisted on an embedded SIM. Is that a positive change? You tell me. The battery capacity, again you could argue that should have been in all One X's. The One X+ increased capacity.

I'm just shocked people think the kickstand is that big of a feature.

It's not a big feature, but useful when I want to watch youtube clips during lunch.

  8. The LTE core for every market has to be somewhere. There are two cores serving the markets in Southern California. I'm trying to recall from memory, one is in Rialto and I think the other one is in Burbank. I am certain about the Rialto location, though.

Robert, doesn't look good for November launch because of the holiday, are you confident that we get a launch before the end of the year?

  9. Sensorly website shows LTE in San Gabriel Valley. LTE signal was tracked on Merced Avenue, immediately off the 60 freeway. Anyone on here do that fine job??

I'll be back in San Gabriel on Sunday and run sensorly hoping for an LTE signal.

Nice. Look forward to towers turning on in El Monte, South El Monte!!!
