I wouldn't look too much into it. These "official" renders are pulled from a german website and are probably just placeholder images.

 

If you go to Spigen's website, they have a VERY different representation of what the M9 looks like in their product pre-order pages.

So I've officially stopped looking into the design of the M9 and I'm just gonna patiently wait for Sunday morning.

I saw that yesterday, and those are the renderings I liked the most, so I'll keep my fingers crossed.  Although I'm not up for a replacement phone until November anyway.   

My favorite leaked look to date has been the full glass front with the speaker slots at the very top and bottom.  Very clean look.

Wow.  I think I had my first official encounter with an HD voice call today when my wife (who I rarely talk to on the phone) called me for directions.  It was both amazing, and annoying as the call was so clear that I could hear every little thing she was fidgeting with in her car while we were talking.

I connected it to my Ralliart and the sound was great.  The only issue I had was a delay, which I guess is to be expected.  I was watching the GI Joe episode of Community while sitting in a parking lot waiting on the wife and the sound/video was not synced up.

The One's shipping right now already have the Harmon/Kardon speakers.

Do they?  The screen shot also shows the H/K audio showing up in the settings, but I don't see that?  Maybe that comes with an update after they have the legal issues settled?

Call clarity is very clear on my M8 when it goes through. The only thing I wish Sprint would do is release WiFi calling for this device. That way I can get around eCSFB issues until Sprint fixes my tower.

 Have you looked at the options under Settings - Phone - Use Internet Calling?  I'm a bit ignorant on the subject, so I was just curious.

I looked at it, but it blocks the IR port.

Yes, it does, but it's not that big of a deal to me, and if it ever becomes one, I might just alter it a little.

I'm also running a Commuter on mine, but want something thinner. I'm hoping their Symmetry series will fit that bill.

I ordered this, and it comes out on 4/10.  I'll let you guys know what I think.

I can tell you that I'm still limited with the picture size when using Handcent.  I use Handcent because I can route certain people to a Private inbox, so that when family (like one of my nieces) or friends play around with my phone, they can't see certain things.  I'd hate to have to ask my wife not to send "certain things" to me any longer if I lost that ability!

First taste of band 41 in Fullerton. Locked on automatically. Can't wait to see the bay area fill in with band 41.

Absolutely love this phone.  The build quality is superb, the sound is delicious, the responsiveness it top notch and the thing is just beautiful.

Actually kind of impressed with how the screen held up in that video.

Mine too, but it's UPS and they don't typically deliver to my house until AFTER lunch.  I might have to take the afternoon off.
