I wonder what it will take to get the completed towers turned on in Des Moines ?

I wasn't there a friend of mine texted me, I'm assuming its that new tower by the exit.

Something may be going on at the tower at 2415 Martin Luther King Jr Pkwy. My step sister posted a pic on Facebook of a bunch of workers showing up with equipment.

Is this where I would find info about lake of the ozarks in Missouri ? I did a google search and it sent me here.

Robert takes the majority of what I say in the wrong tone, I think he doesn't like me much even though I didn't mean anything bad by what I said on Facebook I was merely expressing what my experiences have been with Sprint. I realize that I didn't need to post the complaints that I did, I was more or less making conversation with other people. I guess I didn't know other people on here don't like me either. I thought I was helping gather info about the couple towers around me, I didn't realize I was part of the problem. I'm going to go ahead and stop posting, I may look in from time to time to see what's new.

I think it's safe to say Des Moines will be on the next list to be officially announced for LTE.

I wonder how long until the other completed towers go live ?

I don't think we are going to see anything until October 1st like what that other guy said a few pages back. I would think worst case December. Anybody know what switches to hit and I can turn it on at MLK and Hickman ? Lol

so if you go to sprint.com/lte there are only two towers showing on the map now. I am led to believe they are removing towers after completion because there were a lot more towers on the map before. If that is the case I would think we will be seeing LTE anytime now.

I went to the phone and hit the sprint booth, their phones were connected to EHRPD.

I have probably picked it up since I have the iPhone 5 ? Also is there any work being done, I haven't seen any tower work being done in a while ?

Sprint is telling me they won't be turning on the finished towers until more towers have been completed.

I may have been connected to the signal you speak of. I got up last week and ran a speed test and got 2.5 Mbps, but I have an iPhone so who knows what I was connected to.

Tower at 2415 MLK appears to be done, but still nothing showing up.
