Updated iPad mini LTE with official release date and earliest delivery date. iPad 4 was confirmed for November 16th delivery a day or 2 ago.

Whoa? When did that happen? Thanks for letting me know. If it was there yesterday, I totally missed it. Update: The ZTE Flash, known as the Sprint Flash, was released today, November 13. It has been moved to the now released devices. As of today, Sprint is now selling 13 LTE devices, with 3 more on the way this year, 2 of which will be released before Thanksgiving, the iPad 4 & the iPad mini.

They started the release of ICS for the Viper on November 1st. It takes approximately 2 weeks for an update push to be completed. If you want to update manually, you can do so with this post on Android Central. If you rooted your phone, you have to use the un-brick method that was also posted at Android Central, located here.
