Looks like the stars are aligning on this. Sprint, post Network Vision, could host DishNetwork's LTE similar to their previous agreement with LightSquared.

Chief executive Joe Clayton has said Dish would consider working with partners such as Clearwire Corp, T-Mobile USA, Sprint Nextel Corp, MetroPCS Communications Inc and Leap Wireless International Inc.

Yeah, we have been speculating about a hosting agreement or even an overt tie up between Sprint and DISH. See these threads:

  I just pushed out another SCP beta update.. overhauled the notifications, mostly with the web uploads and web data exports for non-beta users. Working on debugging a couple 5G-NR issues that have popped up and then this version will hopefully be ready for public release.. I appreciate all the feedback and bug reports!
