Location aware alarm clock?

Any iOS clock apps have an option to only go off at a fixed time and location? I want to set up some alarms for my breaks and lunch to only go off if I'm near work. Easy to do with the built in alarm on the Note 2 and on my Nexus 5 using pcmAlarm. I have 6 that go off everyday if I'm within a mile or so of work and they don't go off if I'm off and take in a early movie or something.
