  1. I'm not with Sprint anymore from my previous post. But i have been reading this thread to see about any updates. Driving around the metro and Apple Valley the passed few days I've noticed various cell towers and panels on the side of buildings and even water towers. I believe the signal you are getting around the Zoo is from the "Apple Valley" water tower south of Co Rd 38 at Foliage Ave. Looking at the map there is "Nordic park and it is right around there. At the top there are panels... Not sure if these are sprint? Some other places around apple Valley I've seen these panels are on the top of the Wings financial credit union. And another" Apple Valley "water tower north of 160th west of Cedar Ave going up the hill towards Burnsville. Again, I'm not with Sprint anymore. Just interested in seeing progress. Also interested in these panels on the sides of various buildings and water towers. Actually I noticed the ones on the top of wings the other day. Something I haven't seen before. So naturally I've been noticing more. Like some brown colored ones on the side of a brown building off 35w in Bloomington.
  2. Well looks like I won't get to see Sprint LTE in MN. Sprint sent me a letter saying I have been going over the 300mbs of roaming data. Due to my job I'm in Montana where Sprint is non existent and is all roaming off Verizon towers. So I got them to waive my ETF and am looking at switching to Verizon. Sucks but I can't continue without service. Plus this last weekend we were in Omaha at the Sioux Omaha hockey games. All downtown and at the arenas we did not have data, text, and picture mail even though it was full bars. Have also had poor service in around the twin cities. My wife will still have to pay an ETF. Unless we stay a little longer.
  3. Seems like the south metro is getting the shaft. Been really cold so I don't fault them. Hopefully though they have been able to break through the south metro permit thick headed skulls. Supposed to warm up and will hopefully see more progress south on 35 out of eagan to the Burnsville 35e/35w split. So far Eagan and inver Grove heights are the only south metro late to pop up. Chump change compared to the north. And I have yet to get an lte signal there. Can't even get one around the Airport.
  4. So I've been watching this thread since Early December. Just where oh where is the LTE love in the South metro? Everything is north on the sensorly map? Furthest South I see is Eagan. Any idea when Apple Valley, burnsville, rosemount, will start popping up? I see the Airport has a few spots but so far have not been able to pick any up. And I would have expected to see the mall of America and Bloomington to have some due to the tourist trap it is. Oh well... I realize Sprint is just rolling this out in phases. But seems odd that the south metro has nothing as of yet. Would have been cool to take screen shots of the map showing progress. Any insight? BTW... Go SIOUX!
