  1. Question for someone out there to answer. I have a deactivated GS3 and I thought I would try mapping with it just to see if it would work. We the funny thing is, it did work. After a out 5 minutes of mapping data would become active on the phone and I would start getting 4g points. When I got home it surly uploaded the data. So my question really is, is that right? Can I map with a deactivated phone? Does sprint see it running sensorly so the grant it service for this reason? Someone let me know what you think!
  2. Well guys, last Friday I notice they fired up a good amount of these towers and being a week later I see nothing new. Kinda of a bummer. If you guys have seen anything new let us know!
  3. Hey ladies Newport has LTE at 17th and Irvine. Doesnt look like anyone has mapped it and it sure is spitting out a signal for miles. It's on the La Cave building I think!
  4. What I was just there and had nothing. When I go to 24hr later I'll check it out. Maybe its on/off right now
  5. I'm in that area and keep waiting. Last week they just turned on all these towers one day I think and maybe they will again this week
  6. Costa Mesa has LTE in areas. Tried hunting down which tower but failed by wanting to go drink so ill find out what tower it was from today. It's around irvine blvd or the 55 some where. I'll check the maps again as well. Man I'm hungover this morning
  7. If you have an iPhone like myself we cant do it. We have to use rootmetrics which is kinda a joke
  8. Notice there's a lot of signed off tower not up yet. Even when those come up there going to be a huge difference from whats signed off.
  9. I'm so glad people are sharing info now on here. I'm seeing LTE daily now around Irvine. Gonna just get better and I am happy the havent been turning towers off.

  11. I've asked this question before and the towers that are all ready labeled 3g complete are already LTE ready. Just waiting on the back haul and inspection.
